The food was very disappointing! A capresse salad with 2 small pieces (jot slices) of tomatoes and the prime rib... well greasy, tough and thin. The waitress was nice and semi-apologetic. Over all.... LOUSY!!

BJ's is always good. However, I made a reservation and the girl at the desk gave me an attitude. She did not want to accept the reservation until I showed her the confirmation on the phone. Then with a snarky attitude she said "well I can seat you in the back." So, I ask do I want to go through that again? She needs to have a discussion with her supervisor..
Our server have difficult time taking our order. My husband’s order was incorrect and have to order something else.
Three of us meet every month at BJ's and have never been disappointed. Again this time, we had a great time.

I have to say a huge thank you kudos to Asa!!! He was assisting our big party of 17 and boy was he amazing! Great attitude, patient, attentive, easy going, knowledgeable he was just amazing straight across the board! Haven’t had great customer service like this in a while. Great job BJs, thank you! Everything was just ok. Nothing was spectacular. It took 40 minutes to get a table around the bar which was completely open at the time of entrance. They didn't have bone in wings so I had to substitute my order to the Bjs Favorite. It was ok not spectacular. I got a blonde beer which was ok but not spectacular. I also got a margarita drink flight which was ok but not spectacular. The lemon berry tasted like simply blueberry w no alcohol the original was the best tasting followed by the strawberry and the pineapple was god awful. The nachos was huge and had a good taste and balance. Everything was ok but Bjs back in the day was spectacular and I miss that.
