Really nice staff.The tea itself is meh. Barely any flavor. Sometimes it seems as if it's not brewed properly. Other times it just seems like you're only drinking milk or sugar and no tea at all.The few good things here are probably the fruit teas and the actual tapioca.I suggest going to momo, bunny or happy tea instead.
Stopped by for a tea on the way into town. Went with the galaxy tea with mango and it was delicious. Staff was very helpful too. I’ll be back for sure
The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I don't understand why people are NOT trained properly anymore when it comes to customer service. This place really needs to take a hard look at the people they employ and stop being so desperate to have someone behind the counter that they would allow their employees to walk around with a nasty attitude and disrespectful mouth. The drinks are amazing but I will not be going back. This wasn't the first time I have had a problem with the service at this same location.
Everyone has great customer service except for the owner, what a shame, the owner that drives a white tesla purposely took forever to make my drink while nobody was in there, people were coming in after me, and getting their drinks before me. The owner is straight childish, does not have what it takes to run a business.
This was a fun experience! I ordered a chai tea and it is yummy! Everyone was patient with us as we were not from the area.

Why do none of the drinks have any flavor. Might as well drink a bottle of water.
It's ok. Wish they could give extra boba. They can do custom orders or mix flavors. Very busy in the evening. Wait time varies between 5 mins to 15 mins.
