Just went thru the drive thru and the guy at the window was a real tool. Rude from the get go. I ordered a grande strawberry acai and then he asks what size . I literally just said grande. I did also ask for a peach green tea lemonade, hes like we dont have that so I said a different drink and he was like I said we dont have lemonade and he was rude about it. So I ordered a venti strawberry avai. I got to the window and he hands me 2 grandes .I said This is sup to be a venti .He argued with me. Im like I know what I ordered. But he was so rude about it I said forget it, he was so annoying he was like what do you want me to fix. I said forget it when I pulled away I can hear him laughing saying ya have a nice day. I am never going back.

Order wrong. No receipt. Replacement order not hot as was to be. Third time, tasted like dishwater. Phone doesn’t allow contact. Extremely DISMISSIVE staff. Recent morning experience. Shocked!Afternoon experience never had issue. After morning issue never using this location again. Unprofessional doesn’t begin to describe the disfunction I encountered.
I went to this starbucks with a friend. And we were doing our order through drive-thru the girl that helped us was really nice to us. She was asking us in a nice way if we will like to add something in our drinks. And she also asked us nicely if we will like the mocha syrup on my friends pistachio Frappuccino when we asked about a chocolate syrup. Then when we were at the window. The girl gave us our drinks and told us the price in a nice way. Then I asked her for some water and she did good service giving me my water. And my friend and I tried our pistachio drinks, they had a really good flavor. So I will definitely recommend this starbucks for all the good and nice service that the girl did. And also for the really good flavor that they did on our drinks.

As a native, I love to Rep California and Starbucks brought this awesomeness in 16oz. Chicken and Hummus box with an iced Chai tea latte/Venti/2 pumps cinnamon dolce/ cinnamon powder/oat milk.

I came in Jan. 13, 2022 at 06:00 and this starbucks staff in the morning where so awesome they opened the doors to this trucker and took my order! Really appreciate people who take care of us! The only bad side to all of this, is they don't have drive thru for big Rig truckers! ???????
