Cashiers had a really nasty attitude. Waited almost an hour to get my food. When I asked to cancel my order the manager came outside and told me I still had to be charge for the food that I never got just a drink. I would like for the manager to show me the policy we’re it says if my food is not out yet I have to be charge either way for cancelling something I never got. Never again will I go there and I do not recommend this place. Worst customer service ever.
I ordered my soup and fish tacos from them......they took care of me and fed me....they could have told me they were closed.....but they fit me in...as they were getting ready to head home....the whole crew my hats off to them ...ty you guys and gals at santa fe...appreciate it
After picking up our daughter from the airport we began looking for a Mexican restaurant. After driving by several and voting not to go, we found Sante Fe. As we entered we thought we might have found the spot where the "locals" ate. The food was very good and the staff helpful. If we lived in this area this would be one of our favorited places to eat.
The food was ok. The place wasn't busy yet it almost took 30 minutes to receive food. The bad thing was the food tasted warm at best. To top it off the waitress did not take our order correctly and were forced to pay for food we didn't ask for. The prices were pretty comprable to similar restaurants. We did use a restaurant.com coupon at this location which made the difference for us staying.
careful with your bills. they add to your bill just enough for you to not notice.
I love their Campechana!!! As a Mexican seafood lover, their Campechana and cocktails are different and the best !!!! They put a variety of seafood in the mix where you will not find elsewhere ! With all honesty, I have not seen any other place that serves the different type of seafood in the Campechana like Sante Fe. Furthermore, I ordered some tacos with my order, and WOW! They are stacked with meat !!!! They put more meat in 1 taco than 3 tacos combined any other place. Thank you guys for your hard work and awesome Campechanas and Tacos !!!!
Food was decent. You have to wait nearly an hour for your food and the. You have to wait another 20 minutes for them to bring you the check. That’s after you have already asked them for the check twice.
Bland salsa, bland food, watered-down salsa and cream. Even the micheladas aren't good. Not sure what happened to this place but it falls far from Authentic.ZERO STARSGo To La Perlita
