This is one of our few favorite restaurants in the desert. We always over order knowing the food is absolutely incredible.No alcohol only wine and beer at this point. Though you can get a drink around the corner while waiting for your table.
We had a party of 16 and we were over the top pleased. Our friends loved discovering the delicious menu of this new restaurant to them. Vince and his wonderful chef and staff did everything to make everyone happy. It’s going to be a go to place! A great hideaway for organic DELICIOUS offerings!
Amazing food and great service
We had the most phenomenal experience with dear friends at Salt Flats. The most attentive, friendly and professional service, and every one of us had superb meals. Plating is stunning and every item was so delicious, creative and perfectly prepared.Sitting at the counter was a fun experience and staff was friendly and wonderful about answering questions. It was fun seeing all the dishes being played and passed for service.This will be a go-to restaurant for us.
This place is a great find! We had an excellent dinner here recently and will look forward to going back soon. Everything we tried was extremely enjoyable and promptly devoured - the salt flat sticks, the hummus, the steak...and the passion fruit tart. The service was so friendly and welcoming. Vince & Brady were fantastic hosts. The patio was comfortable and we felt very well taken care of.
What a lovely place. The environment had this relaxing, earthy feel and the food was delicious! We dug in right after our plates hit the table so I did not take pictures, unfortunately. I had a delicious risotto and my friend had the most tender pork chop with a fig sauce. The owners and Adrian, our server, were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

We had heard a lot about this and were keen to try. We were not disappointed. The menu was well balanced. There were 5 of us and all had different things all of which were really good.We will return and when we do we will sit inside. While outside was nice the noise from Hwy 111 was difficult for us.I think for folks who like food the effort they take on sourcing ingredients and creating interesting presentations is what make this place worth the effort.Hang in there. We want you to succeed.

Such a lovely experience from start to finish. Salt Flats is a small place so I'm very glad we had a reservation for 6 people, which they were happy to accommodate. I can't remember anyone's name, but it doesn't matter because every single staff member was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in!The Salt Flat Sticks with Sumac seasoning are a must-have appetizer. If you like citrus-y desserts, the Glazed Passion Fruit Tart is an absolute must.I was so blown away by the service that I completely forgot to take any photos of food. I promise the location is adorable, the people are delightful, and the food is delicious. Thanks for making our trip so special!
