The best Mexican food I've probably had in my life.I've eaten out a lot of times and my favorite is Mexican food. Of all the places I've eaten at in my life this place is the best. The food is so good that it by itself is the reason for the rating. That said, the prices are very high. The burrito in the picture below was seventeen dollars. For the four of us with margaritas it ended up being one hundred and sixty dollars including tip. Additionally, the service was below average, as the place is pretty busy and there doesn't appear to be enough staff to properly serve the customers. An example of this is that our food was brought to us in sections, meaning that while I had my food and so did my cousin, my brother's wife didn't get her food until around fifteen minutes later.A third quirk is that if you want a burrito you have to look in the apetizer section. My go to for most mexican restaurants are for their big burrito and at first I thought they didn't serve them.In spite of that though this place gets five stars for such an impressive eating experience.
Very good. Friendly service, tasty food. The portions aren't as big as some others, but that's not necessarily bad because you're not left feeling bloated or having to hurry home to get your leftovers in the fridge.

This is been a valley favorite for many years I thought I would sit at the bar great food I don’t think I’ve had a flan quite like that it was amazing!
If you like shrimp, all the meals they make with them are the best in town. They don't skimp on the number of shrimp either. Love this place - we go every time we visit Palm Springs.
Best Mexican Restaurant- in addition to the standards- enchiladas, burritos, fajitas which are all great- the Guadalajaran menu items are outstanding. The peppers stuffed with shrimp and cheese ‘Chiles Guero’ and the Carne en Su Juego are delicious and not to be missed.

Great little mom & pop Mexican restaurant. The poblano shrimp enchiladas were spectacular and the margarita was great.
Excellent flavors in poblano sauce. Different from other places I've been. I really enjoy how they use roasted sweet corn kernels to add bits of sweet to the dish. Service was excellent. Facility is clean with a nice mountain view. Wish they had more space to improve the ambiance. Never miss an opportunity to dine at Salsas.
