I ordered 4 pizzas and scheduled a pick up in an hour I show up and they are not ready but ok I can wait they tell me it will be right out but it took them 50 minutes passed the scheduled time it’s super bowl Sunday and I know they are busy. Management needs to prepare and staff enough workers I rather be told how long the wait is and decide if it’s worth it. I called told them what I wanted,they were very polite! They said 45 minutes anyway it was here fast ,hot and driver was very nice! Can't ask for much more than that! ?
My wife ordered a pizza with extra sauce and we received a pizza with very little sauce, when my wife called to tell them she was treated very rudely by “Miguel” he argued and said that the pizza was cut by him, I don’t know what the relevance of that is but then he proceeded to argue and say that it was done correctly and offered no acceptable solution to the situation. Buyer beware.
I attempted to call the store to order my pizza. I was told by the speaker that I had to order online. I attempted to order online, and I selected the store that I wanted to use for pizza pickup. I submitted my order, but in the end the store that was selected by the online app. was in another city. I did not get my pizza, because when my assistant arrived at the store for carryout service there was no order.
Great customer service everyone so friendly even tho they are short staff they give me order on time
I had ordered hand tossed pizza with my two pizzas, but the crust on both of my pizzas was very thin and brittle. I think I received extra think pizza crusts instead of hand tossed.
Absolutely terrible experience several weeks ago. I still have not heard from the owner or anyone who appears to want to make it right. all they did was reply to my last comment prompting me to email them and I did and it’s been weeks with no word. All talk with Pizza Hut I guess.
Pizza hut is my go to pizza place. I always get good service & the food is great
