The staff was so welcoming and friendly even in the midst of a catastrophic rush they were all able to remain cool and collected and keep their composure. Especially Fernando and Marlene. Their generosity came as a mirage out of the desert. As Panda Express appeared to me as a mirage out of the desert to break the monotony of a long road trip. Reuniting with old friends is always a pleasure and it leaves you wondering…How had I gone a whole F**king year without eating Panda Express?!
Good food BUT waited in the drive thru line while they waited only the car ahead of us. Can't order online. Last time the gal told us they didn't have a phone there...but answered 85 today. This location needs BIG help.
Probably one of the best Panda Express I have been to. Plenty of freshly wok-cooked food. Fast, efficient service. Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Plenty of parking. Easy to get in and out being a the NE corner of Date Palm and Ramon. Definitely a place I'll come back to soon!
The food is decent. Never really had an issue with the food. The chow mein has become really bland, but the chicken and beef dishes are really what we come for. Some of the staff at this specific location have terrible customer service skills. My expectations are not very high at all. This is fast food. Tonight was just ridiculous. I'm sorry if you're tired and didn't want to work. I work full time with the public too. I was there to pick up dinner for my family. Because of this incident and the employee's attitude, I drove 3 blocks up the road to a locally owned sushi place. The customer service there, even through their busy time, was impeccable. They serve non-sushi items as well and will now receive my continued business. I do not recommend this place at all.
The food was disappointing. Smelled different, the taste was off and definitely was NOT fresh. My wife became ill after eating a couple bites. We had to throw everything away.Maybe they were just having an off lunch day but I won’t be returning.
My food was quick and delicious ? I come here all the time always busy but your employee Melanie L helps me is always cheerful and is a just a delight u she her great attitude ☺️ she deserves to be recognized for her great work!
Didn't bother to take photos but dan the chowmain they gaved us was mostly onion and cabbage also seems like it was a night food that was reheated..
I called multiple times to say my noodles aren’t cooked I mean it’s literally standing but whatever
_ im a OTR truck driver & travel everywhere in U.S & made numerous stops for Panda Express also_ this is ONLY store that Ive been OVERCHARGED 3 times. WHY??1) this is 3rd time cashier over charged me.2) spoke with a hispanic store manager who wore a Military Army kind T-shirt, but im told a simple mistake because that cashier is new3) instead of refund my money that I've got ripped off, manager insisted me to take a mini box item (No Refund Store Policy? Make More Sale?) Ive got mini box of fried rice.4) i also asked cashier to close plastic cover tight on teriyaki sauce, because cap sometimes open & makes bad mess. It opened again right after cashier handed a bag to me (see picture taken inside Panda Express store. maybe this store dont like Asian customer?)
Food is always fresh but my bowl had literally 5 small pieces of chicken?
