This McDonald’s was 24 hours but on a random Tuesday they decided to change their hours to 11 pm. And to that they close an hour early than they state. I came at 10 pm and they were closed. There were also 5 other cars pulling up at the same time. (People exaggerate on reviews but I don’t) so don’t say you close at 11 if you guys close earlier.
This has to be the worst McDonald's! We just spent 40 minutes in the Drive thru and there wasn't that many cars! The food was cold and nasty by the time we got home!!
Good food nice people that work there and it's a very clean atmosphere I thought
Im writing this review from the driveway I have been waiting in a large Sprite and a 10 piece nuggets for an hour an a half and i wish i was joking. I dont usually write reviews but this is just too much waiting for not a lot.
I dont know what's going on late nights here but for the last couple weeks theyake you wait 12+ minutes at speaker waiting to place your order or to say your here for an order it's minimum 1 hour drive thru time after midnight insane slowest McDonald's ever!
Don't place a order at this location through the app. I placed a order at 830pm and it's about 852pm. Still haven't got my order. This is the 2nd time I've had a bad experience at this location. Going forward this will be my last time using the app at this location. The last time I used it at this location it took a half hour to get my order and looks like I will be waiting another half hour for this order. I've emailed thier customer service email and doesn't seem like it matters to them . Poor customer service.
They always get my order wrong, every single time! They are also very rude here. The general manager is extremely nice & helpful but no one else!
Food was fine, the service however.. the kid in the morning is kinda of jerk. Also, my orange was filled 3/4. I don't like to be petty but if I'm paying 5 effing dollars for an orange juice, I want the whole thing.
The only McDonalds that was open new years eve. No fish sandwich after midnight though.
This place is not organized ? they have 2 speakers next to each other and 2 people taking orders thru the drive thru and they don't give you the condiments you want unless you ask for it. We got drinks and no straws we walked up to the drive thru window to get the straws and were told they didn't have any
