I just got home from getting McDonald's with the family I ordered everybody else's food and mine I ordered 40 piece chicken McNuggets and I only received 10 when I got home I noticed that my order wasn't complete but I didn't want to drive back cuz it was late.... Probably won't be going back or I'll have to double check my order every single time I go ...
The absolute worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Drive thru staff are not capable of taking an order and putting it in a bag. They cannot count money properly. Wrong change every time. I will never eat at this place again. Truly unbelievable staff of people who simply don't care about anything. I feel sorry for the owner of this McDonald's.
The workers there don't acknowledge you look at you say thank youor smile also they did not give me my coffee .I had to go park and go inside to get my coffee. Customer service not good. Will never go back there. Sorry but I think it reflects from the manager.
Definitely NOT open. Saturday at 145am. Says open. Not a light on. Nobody there. Photo to prove. Don't waste your time as the other MCDONALD'S down the same road is closed too even though their sign says they are open
I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget and only got 16 pieces 8 in each box I only ate it cause I already drove home and had the mucho es and I ordered the larger fries felt like I was a medium
Glad they could keep their dining room open. They looked understaffed, but manage to keep things running smoothly.
It’s closed the hours are wrong granted it’s New Year’s Day but the hours should be correct 3 location in the area had wrong hours and were closed before 8
I actually watched one of the employees take the frys from an order, gulped mcflurry, one after the other sitting down as customers lined up,oh yea ... the frys tasted like they haven't changed the oil in months.Do I have to give a star?
This is the WORST Mcdonalds location. It used to be comparable to other locations but in the past year it has plummeted in all categories. Last night at 8:15pm, there were no lights in the drive thru. NONE. The drive thru, the menu, nothing had lights...it was pitch dark and looked closed. But it wasn't. I came there for 1 reason...a dozen chocolate chip cookies...they said they could only give me 5. The location is convenient for me on my commutes (thus my attempts). The previous attempt was 5 days ago...I got very stale, hard-to-chew, fries. I had to ask for fresh fries and the drive thru person was telling me "no, they're fresh". They only replaced them because I insisted...there was a significant difference. The Smoke Tree location is the EXACT opposite. Even thought it is totally out of my way, I have to go here for better quality everything.
