I ordered online wanted just a simple classic pepperoni pizza and an Italian cheese bread and marinara sauce. Used the pizza portal got back in my car and since I was a ways from home checked my order... it was wrong, instead of Italian cheese bread I got a personal deep dish pepperoni along with my classic pepperoni. I go back into Little Caesar's and explained I didnt get the correct Italian cheese bread and this employee had fantastic customer service! Not only did he apologize for the mix up and get my cheese bread, but he also told me I could keep the pizza I had received incorrectly! Best customer service I've had in years! (And not just because I got a free pizza lol)
Ordered ultimate supreme. Made timely but didn't have all ingredients. Not buying from here again
Little Caesars was just fine. I grabbed my hot pizza, and left. Stood there for maybe a whole 5 minutes start to end. I'm satisfied!
On Thursday night (01/06/22) I purchased a large pepperoni pizza, waited over 15 minutes for the pizza. I got it and left as I opened the box to take a slice, it was very difficult since it wasn’t even cut, I took a bite and the dough was undercooked my children had taken a slice and didn’t like it. I went to return the box and requested a refund but no refund was issued to me because half the pizza was eaten when only two slices were missing and the third slice was bitten and left in the box. I wasn’t going to put the 2 spit up pizza back into the box, maybe I should have to get my refund. They offered a remake. I never get remakes because it will either come out the same and I fear of staff purposely ruining my remade food.It’s unacceptable that I was given undercooked pizza and no refund was issued. Now I’m sitting in bed with the most horrible stomachache. And now I’m worried my children are feeling the same thing. Food poisoning from little ceasars in Carhedral city on date palm and Ramon I’m between subway and Wells Fargo.
Have to say it's great . Before you cry let me say the cheese bread and the cheese sticks are AMAZING . Ditch the tomato sauce and get some Buffalo sauce or something. If you get a pizza just call and get one to order for a well done easy sauce pizza whichever way you like
Whenever I try to call, I never get an answer. I like to call ahead of time for my order so I don't have to wait 30 minutes for one pizza. The employees seem like they don't really care for the job. Honestly I can't blame them. Management really needs to step up and make it a better workplace and environment overall. Only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because online orders are quick and easy.Food is always hit or miss. I ask for a plain cheese and sometimes they give me pepperoni. Sometimes they forget an item. I just want a cheap, quick pizza (that's what they're known for of course), but it takes forever to get it when you order in person.

She tossed the pizza at me so rudely then had the audacity to say what did I do wrong. I had my 3 kids with me watching that treatment. 8:35pm I will have to call the regional manager that’s plain rude and unacceptable. I waited patiently and tried to explain why I was calling. She was very dismissive. God bless them anyway.
