Put up with limited menu and availability during Covid as this location is closest to home. Visited tonight, first speaker wasn't working in drive through. Finally had to yell for cashier to hear. Asked for extra chrispy and was told that they were not featuring. We have supported for a number of years even through Covid but we are DONE. Prices have increased 40% on a 8 piece, if you are not featuring menu items at 7.15 at night then I wish you well but I will not be hitting your drive through again.
The young man who helped is was just rude. I will not spend my money at this store again. The chicken was over cooked the other food was good but after spending $57.00 I didn't get honey or butter or one napkin for a 16 piece dinner bucket. Don't even mention asking for a water that's not any easy task for them. The dinner wasn't open and the drive thru had 4 in front and 4 behind us.
I ordered the #5 chicken tenders and two sides, plus a biscuit Asked if I could trade the fries for coleslaw and they said yes, but when I got home, that was the only side I got. The chicken and biscuit were cold and you could tell they were not fresh at all. The chicken strips were like chicken strips you would get out of a box at the dollar general. Unbelievable. I feel totally ripped off and gaslit. What the heck is going on with this place. I have loved KFC for many, many years. Not this one. It should be closed.
They never pick up the phone! I was home when I realized they didn't give me 1 sandwiche even AFTER I waited 15 mins for fries!
No answer at the drive thru. Pull up and she's not being bothered because she's chatting with her boyfriend or something. Rudely swings open the door and says she's closed and slams the window shut. It's not even closing time.
Food was all there from the drive thru, service was quick considering the size of the order but, the coleslaw taste like chemicals and/or perfume. It's not this single location either others have had the same flavor.
Horrible service manager is a joke who gives someone 9 mash potatoes in a order because you dont have coldslaw or mac and cheese they ran out but never said anything on the app or in person when i went to pick the order up so i went back once i saw 9 of the same side nd the guy said yea sorry we dont have any other side so we went ahead and gave you 9 mashpotatoes aint the 1st time they mess up
Their clean and organized cooking area is visible from the counter and good attitudes from staff make me feel really good about eating here. I think management should let the kids have a tip jar, I enjoyed the $7 spicy chicken sandwich deal today; my only regret was.not paying the extra $2 to get the larger meal with two additional sides for $10. Great food,, good value.
Had internal store delivery miss hap so it took a little longer order time than usual . But Sh*t happens . Its understandable .. I suggest just being patient in those situations..
Just went thru the drive thru and tried to order a number 8 combo and the guy says they are out of Biscuits, Mash Potato, Mac and cheese, and Fries! Like what the F even?
