I went to this Jack in the box at about 2:30 pm and the Manager so pretty and all but not nice she didn't repeat my order ,didn't say thank you or even ask me if I wanted some sauce also she just gave me the bag and said "here" and closed the window. Yeah this was the manger so not a good example for the rest of the employees., but the food was ok that's the only reason I gave it 3 stars.
I got onion rings and a medium drink. The onion rings were very good, hot, nice. Then I tried to get my unsweetened iced tea and they really should have directions aside from just touch the button for the one you want. Thank heaven there were a couple nice men there who helped me figure out how to use that machine. I'm sure the kids have no problem but when you're older... yeah you can't always figure things out like that.
Store is always clean and it's great the lobby is open for placing orders. Staff is also friendly and efficient.
I don't understand why they are not open for dinn in. They should have locked their doors better if they did not want people coming in. I think whoever is in management they need to get out. They always mess up on my order if I could give it a zero stars believe me I would. Never again will I come here.
Last two nights when I come thru to pick up orders they say there closed it was 2 separate times and sign says 24 hours on weekends
Normally I'm all for the Jack but this time the burger tasted old and the fries were crunchy ! Not your best jack
I'm from the Midwest and Jack in the Box has become my favorite fast food since coming out west! Everything is good and they have a variety most fast food places don't! I'm a fan!????and?
I was ordering food in drive thru at 2:30 am and employee went silent we waited for a few minutes and kept saying hello and they popped up a sign closed until 6am
Guy working. Window young Hispanic man was extremely rude. Before I could even ask for sauce he just hands me the bag and shuts the window.
Jack is always jack. Fast, inexpensive and 24/7. On Christmas day in a pinch it was perfect.
