Date Palm and Dinah Shore is a favorite for me and my family. Today, I was extremely disappointed. My breakfast arrived with untoasted sour dough bread. I asked my Server to send it back to have it toasted. It came back burnt to a crisp! The fact that she placed it in front of me, speaks volumes about her customer service...the cook is another subject. I am a great tipper. Not today.
Large selection of choices. Good food. Only 1 waitress there but she did an amazing job. I hadn't been to an IHOP since the 80s. We went there because Elmer's was closed for a private party. I was not disappointed. I will definitely eat there again. Good food, reasonable prices and hard working servers.
This particular IHOP has the worst service I have ever experienced. Most IHOPS in my area are great but this one needs to be reorganized and trained better.
Worst customer service experience I’ve had, I don’t know how this place is still open, waitress kept giving me and my family attitude.
I enjoy going to breakfast every Sunday. It's always delicious and employees are so nice.
Honestly a bit disappointed, there drinks were all strangely.. warm. There eggs hash browns and bacon were all good. There sausage was really bad to be honest. Pancakes were okay not horrible they would get the 3/5. Our sever walked away way to fast I know that is silly but she would ask then leave right after.
The lady who helped me was very nice and I was promptly waited on. The food was good too.
Had a BLT, the bacon was cold and hard ask for double bacon and didn't get that, tomatoes cut to thick.The waitress say she'll give you 10% discount and didn't get that neither, cause I order from the senior meau. Just really bad services and food.
Absolutely terrible service! Had to remind them we had been seated but not waited on for 10 minutes. Also, why is there one cook during breakfast service? Poor management. Not worth it for sub-par food. To top it off, thirty minute later they are asking the cook for my 2 over easy eggs. Shouldn't take that long... ? they need new management.
Stopped by for a great breakfast while on vacation in Palm Springs.
