We ordered from this restaurant in Cathedral City CA while on vacation using DOORDASH again. The shrimp were all overcooked and dried like rubber toys. The food was cold but you couldn’t warm it because it was already killed and destroyed with overheating from the restaurant. The literally sent a dozen bags of chips with the order and for nothing we could enjoy them with. We spent over $50.00 on trash because that’s where it all went after delivery. Not what we expected from such a reputable business.
Ordered the two taco birria box after seeing the commercials on TV, they looked very big and stuffed with the ingredients. What I received were two tacos that looked like the 99 cent ones you get at Jack in the Box. They tasted fine, but I paid over $9 for the box, totally not worth it. Seems your prices have gone up and your food quality has gone down. Used to love your food, but I am done.
This particular location is not without its issues. The few times I've gone in person the store seems unorganized and orders take a while. I understand that there are staffing problems all over but there should be a better delegation of duties. I've also ordered food for delivery and the last 2 times the orders were incomplete and the last time there was hardly any chicken and no dressing. I usually don't leave reviews but this location really needs to improve their service.
Great service great food order mostly accurate but they gave us free chicken. So ... Awesome!!
I deliver for ubereats, e erytime I have been to this location, the doors are locked and the drivethru overflowing. Parking lot is shared by several businesses so it's hard to navigate.
I tried the new tacos and burritos they were advertising on TV definitely was not worth the trip compared to some of the taco trucks that serve the same dish they were little over price at El Pollo Loco had nowhere near the flavor.
Horrible waste of $10 dollars! I spoke to a friend and she stated this location especially was less! The crunchy taco catch phase I will never order if I ever return your establishment!
We always enjoy Pollo Loco. They have really good entrees across the board with pretty reasonable prices. Their five dollar meals are an excellent bargain, and filling too!
This East Coast girl ONLY eats El Pollo if Im doing fast food. It is my #1 choice. Also has keto options!
THIS LOCATION ALWAYS CLOSES 1HR EARLIER THAN WHAT IT SAIDS ON ITS WEBSITE AND ON GOOGLE. THEY EVEN PUT A CONE IN FRONT OF THE DRIVE THROUGH ENTRANCE SO YOU DONT ORDER. Dont say 10:00pm when u close at 9:00pm.
