I can't give a 0 star otherwise I would of done it.The cashier on drive-thru was so rude almost seemed like he didn't wanted to be working.Besides dealing with poor customer service our order took long.Not coming or recommending this location
Comparing to how mannerism of being on the drive-thru speaker to years ago. I don't feel its the best it could be. I feel like they answered like I was calling on the phone not a restaurant.But the food was amazing. The fries are excellent, tasted like actual potatoes.
No experience had because THEY'RE CLOSED EARLIER THAN ADVERTISED. THANKS FOR BOTHERING TO UPDATE YOUR HOURS YOU KNOW, TO NOT INCONVENIENCE YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I ordered a Western Bacon Cheeseburger, fries, and a large drink. The burger looked like one of their fat employees sat on it first, then put it into a grease wrapper. The fries looked like weeds dipped in diesel and tasted like paper. The soda fountain looks like somebody took a shower on it and, no surprise, the soda mix tasted like soap water. Carl's Jr. was a great place like 40 years ago. Since the early 90's they have been ok to sketchy. What we have today is like an entirely different bottom feeder. It ought to be called Garbage Jr's. because that is what it is. Food made to sell then round canned. UpChuck's is another name to consider. I am done with this has-been, grotesque imposter.
The double burgers were puny compared to the ones they show on their TV commercials. Shame! Even at their special prices of $3.49 each. Doubt if I'll ever give them business again!

I used to love the Santa Fe chicken sandwich but it changed. thist time was to salty and the Ortega chili was missing. i bought 2 cause I love the old Santa Fe sandwich . it used to taste like barbecue,now plain and salty chicken. I can make that at home. 2 stars cause service was great but not the Santa Fe. Not worth what I paid.
I completed an online order for pick up and paid with my credit card. Got to the restaurant and it took a very long time to get my order. My order was on the monitor screen behind the counter. Then some one erased it from the screen, but I had not received my order. I noticed that the manger was re-entering my order into the register, and the price was different, I had already paid so I was not concerned. An order was presented to me, but it was an online order....for Doordash. I finally got my order. The 3 rating stars are mostly for the monster thick burger I ordered, it was fantastic!
