Honestly don’t know where to begin. We were sat for over 30 minutes without drinks or any service on a slow night. Finally the manager (I assume even tho she didn’t have any name tag or logos) took our order. She was snappy with us, as if it was our fault we came in the door. The rest of the staff looked so miserable to be there, and I can’t even blame them. Skip this place, there are SO MANY exciting places to go eat in the area that will cost less. The bill for 2 was almost $60 for microwaved frozen food.
Best thing going is their 2 for $22, $24 or $26 dinners. Very nice service and we were seated very quickly at 6 pm on a Wednesday. Always good food!
OMG I Don't Know Where To START!?DO YOU HAVE TIME? THIS WILL TAKE A MINUTE!! Ok at the Beginning it is!There was No One to Seat Us. And Only After asking a worker (on his phone) 3 Separate Times if We could Seat Ourselves, did he STOP Pretending He Didn't See Us In Front of Him and He Sat Us In FLY CENTRAL!! (Remember This Guy)Next If you sit in a booth where we were seated BRING YOUR OWN FLY SWATTER! (They Should Hand Them Out!) I literally couldn't concentrate on placing my order cuz a Filthy FLY Kept Landing On My Forehead! When I Pointed Them ALL Out Flying Over People's Heads & Tables to Our Server He just Shrugged It Off as if He was Told Not to Acknowledge Them!? Or He just Didn'tF. Care. I had to open my paper napkin placing it Over The Entire Plate of Cheese Sticks to keep the FLYS Off of Them, Only to have a Different Guy than our server walk by and Reach Between Us & TOOK My Plate of Cheese Sticks! I called out 3 X's before he acknowledged me, I told him "You Took My Food!" Pointing to The Flies as A Reason for the Napkin!Then we both ordered the 2 for $24. Dishes of CRISPY SHRIMPS. The WORD CRISPY IN the Name. What We Got I knew at FIRST Glance They Were NOT Crispy but Were Very Doughy! The Wet Flour was Sooooo DISGUSTING We SPIT IT OUT IMMEDIATELY! We Sent both Orders Back & was Pleased with the Steak & Broccoli.Remember the Guy on his phone that Ignored Us, Well my friend handed Him Our Bill, Her Bank Card & Our Server's TIP. I told her He Wasn't Our Server as Our Server Walked Up the First Guy PALMS Our Server's TIP while Only Handing Him The Card & Bill! I Watched Him Do It and I Told Him I Saw Him but He DIDN'T GIVE IT BACK!! So we Paid Out Our TIP TWICE!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!
The mixologist Norma was extremely patient showing excellent self control with a brutish fellow who was insistent upon being a total buffoon. The bloke attempted to foist alcohol based drinks upon his designated driver. The nerve
I have not been to an Applebee's in a while and was very pleased with the service from the bartender and our server Alex. I had the short ribs my guest (mom) had the 6 oz steak. I know mine was very tasty and mom enjoyed the steak.

My family and I went for a late lunch to celebrate my sons birthday yesterday. Unfortunately everyone in my family who had the chicken and shrimp was sick within a few hours of eating here. The birthday boy thankfully ate only fries and Mac and cheese and didn’t get sick. I’ve been trying to call this location all day and the phone is constantly busy.

So disappointed. If you eat inside you're fine but Don't order curbside. I tried ordering online and it would not take my order so I tried calling and the automated order taker doesn't understand English. Had to speak to someone and she even got my name wrong. I pull up and wait for 6 minutes before I decide to call and let them know I'm there and the phone keeps cutting off. I go inside and they don't even care that I've been waiting, they just take my payment and rush me out. Didn't even get my side dressing or Buffalo sauce. I will never do that again. Spent most of my lunchtime waiting and trying to get my food.
