Customer service for dine in is awful! The cashier ignored me for several minutes as she filled orders for Door Dash. When I asked her if she was the cashier she admitted it but said she."was multi-taskjng" and continued to ignore me! I asked AGAIN if she would take my order and she acted as though she was doing me a HUGE favor! What a lack of common sense in customer service skills on her part. It took a couple of minutes to fulfill my order.

I enjoy Wendy's small chocolate Frosty especially one a hot day this menu item is definitely a good choice for everyone

Love the 4 for 4, but you need to stop over cooking the French fries and using too much sea salt.

I really like the Southwest avocado salad. Excellent service even though I was at the drive-thru. I will go back again to get that delicious salad. On the downside there were 12 cars in line. Not their fault though.

I didn't enjoy my food order from the drive thru, I ordered 4 double stacks and they were made sloppy. My bread was cold and soggy and the meat lacked flavor. Will never return to this location.

They're always pretty good with their service and dont take too long. The food is pretty good quality I especially like their fries.

The kids love the $5 Biggie Bag.The Chili is great !!!You have to get the Holiday $2 Frosty Tag for a year. We get 2 of them and get a free Frosty all year.

Went for breakfast. Sandwiches cold. But staff nice. Wish they would change to hashbrowns. Not a fan of their breakfast potatoes.

No indoor dining and a long line at drive thru, but they were relatively quick and actually got the order right, which is more than I can say for the other Wendy's we frequent. In truth, this is one of the better Wendy's in the area, in both food and service. Just wish they would start allowing indoor dining again.

The food is fine. It’s fast food. It’s what you’d expect. Not as good as In-N-Out. Not as bad as McDonald’s. So it doesn’t taste fresh but it does taste like food. The service about what you’d expect. Whatever. The reason I’m leaving this review is because I’ve never waited less than 15 minutes here and I’ve actually been in line 30 minutes now. It’s Monday. There are three cars in front of me now. When I pulled up (from I could tell) there were about 7/8. The cars in front haven’t moved for seven minutes. I’m actually running out of gas as I wait. I stopped here because I didn’t have time to go to a dine-in restaurant and I couldn’t get home yet. This always happens here but I’ll be in line for ten minutes or so and just decide to see it through even though it inevitably puts me behind. Why do I come here? Burger King and McDonald’s are bad. I don’t care what anyone says. Jack in the box is a little better but still not exactly good. Taco Bell is okay tasting (I stress okay) but I gotta get into a alternate headspace to ingest what I’m pretty sure the FDA loosely considers food. Lastly, In-N-Out is two towns over. Will I come here again? Yeah. Just saying. Be prepared to wait and ask yourself if it isn’t worth to just go to a casual dining restaurant. It may take roughly the same time. One last thing, though it is out of the way, and the line is ALWAYS longer, honestly it might still be faster to go to In-N-Out. Also, all the other restaurants, bad though they may be, are all faster and they’re really close. Okay. At the speaker now. Four minutes until anyone spoke. In total close to 40 minutes to get some spicy chicken nuggets and a Caesar salad. As long as this post is, I waited 5 times longer than it took to write. This was just the last 8 or so minutes and I had to take a call.
