Tea So in Castro Valley use to be a good place for boba tea. I would come here often as it is close to my house. My past two visits were the worst ever! The first one was that the drink tasted so bad! The person making the drink looked irritated. I did not feel very welcomed. The man there is always on his phone. The guy is there by himself. The second time was that again I saw him on his phone by himself. I entered in. He looked irritated. I entered in. He looked more interested on his phone than taking my order. He didn’t even greet me! Again the drinks were low quality. Will never be returning here ever again. Also, Tea’mo is way better.

They have the best boba in Castro Valley. I tried all the bobas, but theirs is the best. They have very clean and cute indoor. The employees are very nice and accommodating. They even made chocolate milk drink for my daughter even though it’s not on the menu. And also, they have the best Thai tea. This is a must try boba place and my go to place.

This has the best tapioca in town—amazing flavor and texture, perfect level of softness and chew. A little pricier than other boba joints but that’s because they’re the only ones in town who don’t use artificial syrups. Durian pastries are to die for.

Place is cute. Bubble waffles are more mochi-ish than other places. Red bean one was very good.Ordered salted cream cheese foam oolong and the tea was so very strong! Mango smoothie was just ok.

Great cozy corner for 2 or 3 ppl to hide out. There are outdoor sittings and parking at the back of this little house. Brown sugar boba black milk tea tastes perfect - just-right sweetness even without sugar and ice adjustment. Boba is at perfect chewiness too! I will come back for more. We also ordered sesame egg puff - tasty!

Their rose wall is beautiful. Family owned and operated. I found the ingredients to be top quality. They even had a durian mochi puff that was extraordinary. I really love their tea and the atmosphere. Very welcoming.

Super cute spot, service was excellent. Friend wanted me to try her favorite tea spot after hitting up the pumpkin patch and this perfect. I ended up ordering the Black Sesame Egg Waffle with Strawberry Ice Cream and loved it. The extra cookies and fruit loops are super sweet so after the picture I removed them but it's a treat for the eyes as well as your stomach.Definitely recommend, some additional parking the back

Awesome atmosphere and great boba! the tea tastes authentic and it's a great place to study or do homework! There is good free wifi and outlets in which you can charge your phone or laptop. The mochi also taste great! I can't recommend it enough

This establishment is tucked away and if you’re not paying attention, you may miss it like I did the first time. It has a parking lot in the back, but the entrance is not big. It’s a quaint little house with front and back doors. This place may have “tea” in its name, but what’s often overlooked and under appreciated are the hand made pastries. My wife makes similar pastries so I have an idea of how much effort it takes to make them. My favorite ones are the purple yam mochi and the salted egg yolk. If you’re only here for tea, then you’re missing out on what’s truly unique about this place. Don’t tell my wife, but I think this place makes better pastries (shhhhh…).The teas here aren’t shabby either. I’ve always complained about milk tea places with weak teas. This place has very strong teas. They differentiate themselves by providing premium teas with a strong flavor. I got a premium oolong milk tea and the tea definitely shined through. Can’t believe I forgot to add bobas. What a rookie mistake lolThe owner Fiony told us that she just added a new fence to make the place stand out more. I like it - a cozy feeling. Love to support mom and pop shops like this. Certainly will be back!
