Fired calamari and popcorn chicken ! garbage ~poor experience..
Runs slowly. Very long lines. Called in a takeout order that wasn't prepared until we arrived and waited through a 15 minute line. On the plus side, the man taking orders was very polite and seemed to be trying to make things better.
Not very nice when I tried requesting toppings on side for my daughter.
This is my honest review. The food is awful, the popcorn chicken is so bad and same with all the other food. It takes so long and is honestly not even good. The drinks are ok some of the time but other times it’s awful. Everything is so slow there and this one worker who messed up the order and it took like 10 minutes to order.
Drinks are mediocre and poor value but unfortunately there isn't much better in CV. This is one of those places that will charge you for plastic bags or cup holders even when you order a ton of drinks. If you reach behind to grab an extra straw, the staff will get wide eyed and remind you a straw was already included with your drink. Yeah... It's one of those places.
Well the boba was ok, but they completely forgot the sugar and were hesitant to add any despite me really insisting there was definitely no sugar in it. They were polite but acted like I didn’t know what boba was supposed to taste like.The milk tea tasted watered down and we got it with no ice, so we were surprised. Smoothie had too much ice, not able to drink without letting it sit to melt. We didn’t try the food.It’s a bit loud in the building and it’s not very busy. We had to yell our order and they had to yell back ?
I like T4 and I’ve tried a few stores so far. The tea was yummy as always but I think the workers should be wearing hairnets. I had a hair on the outside of my cup, and then my friend found a hair inside her cup after she drank 3/4 of the drink…

Delicious!! And I am surprised that it’s healthier than normal. I’ll be honest, I had a weird order, but the employees were nice about it
It’s a great place to get boba, and the atmosphere is great. I love the vibe of the market
