Coffee was hot and crew was helpful. Provided a needed rest-stop during recent journey to Castro Valley.
Friendly staff and very clean store. They could work a little in expediting service though.

I thought this Starbucks had a drive through, based on the info from Google search, but it didn't. This was the mais reason I passed 2 other Starbucks to go to this particular one, but it was walk-in only. Obviously I was disappointed.
Worst location ever. I’ve been here many times and the last two experiences were so weird. I’ve been approached by crackheads, and people who are just scary. The Starbucks on rustic drive in Castro valley is so much more better. I highly recommend it over there. I will not be coming here again
Very fast and nice employees.
Long line in the drive thru but it does move fairly quickly. When I got the coffee it wasn't how I ordered it. Not happy after waiting so long in line. Not sure if I will be patronizing this starbucks again.

Order a coffe that took 25 min. Not enough personel working at peak time . It took two people to read the name and realize THAT MY DRINK WAS SITTING THERE 20 MIN. And a pathetic im SO sorry . Doesnt help ,the management service should hire more people to achive cuaCustomer service better .!
Their customer service was outstanding just the drinks or mediocre I ordered a white mocha and it tastes like warmed up milk.
