Been going to Palma Plaza at 138th & East 14th. They need Training. Sometimes Hot Sometimes Cold Sometimes No Coffee too!Really Sad
Parking lot is terrible. Can't believe there isn't a drive through Starbucks in Castro Valley. This is the best bet out of the lot for quick in and out.. but still terrible.
I ordered a 9 pump chai at another store on my way home from work at 6:45am. Their printer made the 9 look like a 1, so it was essentially made as a lightly flavored steamed milk. I stopped at this store and explained that this mistake wasn’t made at this store, but the barista assured me, “ I got you!” And made me a fresh spicy chai immediately. Thank you!!
I ordered a Venti London Fog without the regular vanilla syrup but add 6 pumped sugar free vanilla syrup. I got a London fog with no sweetener or vanilla syrup whatsoever. Kind of disappointing...
Every Starbucks stores got my usual drink mocha and my usual winter drink peppermint mocha frappuccino.

I was pleasantly surprised at the speed and accuracy of my order. They are usually unapologetically slow!! The 2 baristas gave good service as well!
Don't go here .. they always mess up my order. They can't make coffee here. I've tried a few different times.. waste of time.
