Great place but really disappointed they no longer carry a full line of teas!!!
The girl with the pink hair needs to know how to prepare an extra hot latte, I order daily and I hope it improves.
1/30/202212:54 PM / WTPaid for my usual drink at an unfamiliar Peet’s and I didn’t like it! They swapped my drink and allowed me to upgrade the the size, free of charge! I appreciate the great service and great new drink! I’m sure this was just an unfortunate batch of cold brew.
The coffee is good and I like how convenient their location is.
Came here to get some work done in the late afternoon. I ordered a coconut black tie from a friendly young lady. My order was prepared quickly for me to grab a seat and start working. No issues with the product/ staff.There were a few unmasked people just hanging out but there was enough space to spread out if you need too.3-stars because there's no wow factor in the commercial coffee shop experience.
I was not going to post this experience but after all the run around I was getting I will.I went for a cup of coffee after work in the AM.The barista did not secure my lid. I got in my car. The coffee was so hot the cup warped somewhat the lid popped off. Coffee burnt my hand got all over my car.Long story short …. Manager was a night mare for responding to my calls of the situation. I have all my text messages from her. The complete run around for weeks.
Convenient location and my favorite place to visit for good coffee. Staffs were really nice and the atmosphere is good.
