I've been a regular customer of this location for over 5 years. Today, I received the WORST customer service while making my phone order. It's sad that leaving this type of review for business that lasted through this pandemic. The employee was abrupt and disrespectful no matter how pleasant and polite that was being shown to her. Politely, I asked for the manager and she did not give the manage the phone. I decided to not pick up my order or trust it will be a pleasant experience moving forward. I'm totally disappointed and will wait for a better day if I return.
Good food, good price. Has order online for pickup or delivery. Good service.
Excellent food options. I love their Veggie Gourmet. This is a good place to get your takeaway pizzas.
They told me it would be 10 to 15 minutes to make my single pie. After more like 30 minutes and watching later orders go out ahead of mine, they said they were working on it. Watched them start other new orders. Waited and waited while my groceries melted. I followed up twice more and they finally threw the thing together. The ticket was covered in goo from all the other pizzas they bumped ahead of mine. I hope the owner sees this and becomes aware that tonight's staff was both inept and unapologetic. I regretted having stopped in. +regretted having left a tip at point of order.
I ordered the Veggie Gourmet with red sauce and regular crust. My father baked it and I have to say the pizza was amazingly delicious! Everyone just loved it.Nothing compares to Papa Murphy’s Pizza!
I got the chicken bacon artichoke and one cowboy it was great
Update: I refuse to continue to patronize this establishment! I have been coming here for years and the salads are usually 2 for $10. However the last time I went I had my son go and order & I was charged $13. I called and asked if the salads were still 2 for $10? The gal on the phone says "yes" I then ask her to double check with the manager who says yes. Then I ask to speak to said manager. When he gets on the line a immediately ask him "if the salads are 2 for $10 why did you charge my son $13?" He says "I misunderstood/ I thought she said 2 for $13/ the price of lettuce has gone up" I then tell him "I just bought salad 2 days prior and they were 2 for $10 and furthermore you just confirmed that price before you got on the phone" I'm not sure if it's because my son is 16, or because he is biracial, however, when you run an establishment you should be fair not overcharge when you feel like you can get over.
