Get it together mc Donald's.. do you people even check to see how your business is being ran. Sign on door says dining room opens at 4am get there at 5:30 and door is locked. lady with attitude says they don't open till 7 I ask her why does the sign say 4am she can't give me a answer. This is a great way to run a business/restaurant smh

Ok this McDonald's was located in Hayward California and it is one of the cleanest McDonald's that I've ever seen before in my life. The people are salt of the earth and very friendly my order was correct everything was on point fries were nice hot fresh and crispy milkshake was nice and cold. And the bathroom was super clean what touch less faucets touch less blowers and touch less soap
Great Food. Honestly the best Macdonald I've had in a week. Their burgers were cooked to perfection and had great flavor. They had sooo much selection I was almost overwhelmed with the selection. Luckily my friend was there and he knows this Macdonald well enough to know what to get. If you want a good appetizer definitely go for the chicken nuggets 10 piece. I prefer Ranch sauce but if you want they also have bbq and honey mustard. Those sauce selections were also very nice and pleased everyone I was with including my very helpful friend. There was also sooo many desert options that my friend had to step in again. There was mcflurrys, shakes, smothies, ice cream cones, sundaes, apple pies and soo much more. My friend recommended the mcfully which yet again they have sooo much selection for. They have oreo, m&m's, and even Rollo. Honestly I think you can never go wrong here. And you can't even imagine the selections for the drinks. They have ALL of the sodas you could ever want not to mention the icee's and the iced tea. Luckily you can save a lot of money here because all of the drinks in any size are only one dollar. But don't forget to ask for light ice unless you like your drinks really cold. All in all you can see that this is just a fabulous restaurant to go to and they are even one of the fastest. 10 out of 10.
Horrible customer service. Don’t think you can tell a customer what you’re gonna serve them and demand money. Reactive staff that doesn’t listen. 3 cars passed me while I attempted to order two drinks. Constantly repeating they don’t accept card instead of hearing my order.
idk cause they hire young adults or what but always rude customer service when its plenty of places Good to eat like Wendy's next door might be a long line but always hot food and good customer service!!
A to go was ordered one item being a grilled chicken burger. The ingredients in the burger was one small skimpy piece of lettuce and that was it.
Castro Valley McDonals, fish sandwiches ok, lost tea roulette. Unsweetened tea had cleanser taste. Dumped it. Should have saved for stove top cleaner. Friend went next day, colored water and drinkable
When you get your receipt do the survey. You can get a qtr of burger or egg McMuffin for price of one. Money is tight so this will help
Bread burnt, chicken not fully cooked, mayonnaise squirted on one side, on the outside of the bread, looks like it was frisbee’d into the box from across the kitchen. Not expecting 5-star service, but goodness, I remember why I stopped going to McDonalds for 10 years. I’ve worked at MD so I know how hectic it can get during rushes and things get messy, but I was literally the only car in line, so can’t even use that excuse to just slop this #4 Salmonella Deluxe into a box and call it good.?♂️ Provided an unforgettable experience at least.
