I ordered 3 kid meals and all 3fries were cold and hard. I pulled back through drive thru and explained to them what the problem was, the manager had an attitude, she snatched the boxes from me and waved me off before turning to walk away from the window. I asked her what does that supposed to mean and she told me to pull over and park I asked how long was the wait and she told me 10 minutes! So unprofessional, especially as a manager!! Never again
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal “no pickles” a shamrock McFlurry and M&M McFlurry, I got a sandwich with three pickles and it was cold, the shamrock McFlurry barely had any ice cream, it was basically just Oreos and mint syrup and they gave me an Oreo McFlurry instead of the M&M literally Oreos barely any ice cream. The fries were dry and cold. I asked the lady at the window to give me picante sauce and salt and she said she’ll add them to the bag and when I checked the bag I found salt and pepper packets. Like seriously?Note: the McFlurry spoon had plenty of dried ice cream inside the small holes and the handle part of the spoon and it was dry and yellow. Which makes me think that it was someone’s spoonI just had a procedure done and was headed home and all I wanted was a nice meal and it ended up in the trash….I know that I’m not the only one today who will be complaining about the food…
It’s McDonald’s. This place is fine. They run out of things sometimes. The drive thru has a good pace. But if they ask me to park I get sad because it takes quite a while to get my food.
The absolute best McDonald’s in the area. Never had any issues ordering, never had any issues with service. Really good sweet tea & beverages.
I just ordered in the drive thru and i said extra pickles and he put no pickles and for fries i ordered a medium fries its not even ful they only put half way.My husband ordered ice caramel coffee with extra caramel and light on ice but they hella ice and it taste just water
Took forever to get the food. When I finally got it, it was cold because staff put my milk shakes in the bag with the hot food and just let it sit like that forever. The burgers and fries weren't merely cold, they were already old and stale anyway. And of course the shakes were destroyed. While I was standing there waiting for someone to realize my food was ready to hand to me, I watched staff do the same to all the other customers' orders. McDonald's in name only. No way to actually get properly prepared McDonald's food at this place. ?
Today I redeemed my birthday reward, and a young woman working the drive through around 8 pm on 1/10/22 very excitedly told me happy birthday. It was so sweet that she took even just a few moments to say happy birthday, and it really made my day so much better, as I've been dealing with a lot of personal stress. Even though our interaction was brief, she definitely put a smile on my face!
Those in the transportation Network industry this is a great place to stop and use the restroom, grab something to eat, grab that coffee and hit the door and back get the road.

This place reliably has milkshakes and vanilla cones. Lots of other McD can't say the same. Nice drive through, room enough for an F250 to come around the bend.
