Order on the phone. Said my order was going to be done 5:59. It's 645 pizza still being made. Workers are slow and poor management. Also apparently they don't have coins to give back the customer their full amount waiting here for 46min was enough for me to say No too Caesars. 5 customers had to ask for a refund because they don't have their orders ready. If you plan on buying from here. Order your pizza 2hrs early. Hopefully your pizza will be ready by then.
1 hour wait cause short staff that’s crazy and they don’t even pick up the phone at all
Customer service good! Only bad thing is they are only open til 8:00 pm they use to open later. Pizza was fresh and good.
Pizza is always good, specially the '5 Meat Feast'. Very affordable.Love the online order and pick-up system.
2x in one week I went and they were closed too early it seems, the second day they were just opening at 3-4pm and had employees from another location to cover the short staffing ,(poor management) and they were left there with to keys or access to the registers to conduct business. I felt bad for employees, and I did not want to return to my car due to the fact my autistic son was excited we came back for his bread sticks only for me to come back to the car empty handed, and the meltdown began.
Don't order online!! Better yet don't even come here. This placed used to be really good. Now the service is really bad. They closed random hours and you can still order online but the store is closed. That makes no sense. They need to update their website. Waited for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. I just left. Even though I had pay for the food
Disappointed! Ordered online cause I thought it was fast. But NO. Not coming here ever. 30 minutes I waited. People were there working so I don’t know why it took so long. While I was here waiting 2 people left. I don’t blame them! I would’ve too but I paid and was already there. If there were staff of 6 then why do people have to wait? Disappointed cause I love the menu. And that’s why I rate 2 stars. You can go here if you don’t mind waiting.
Horrible service been closed at 4pm on a Friday past couple times I went. last night they had about 30 Mobile orders waiting outside and the manager comes out and tells everyone that already ordered they ran out of dough thank god I walked up and didn't online order anything. I dont know if covid is causing all these issues but I know Dublin and Pleasanton stores are excellent and still allow walk-ins..Castro valley needs to step it up!!
They are taking orders from their app, but the store is closed. There were five other customers who had the same situation as me at the same time. Wasted nearly an hour of my time today. I hope the employees are all O.K., and understand these are difficult times, but Mgmt should figure out how to shut down web/app ordering if they need to close the store. I hope they are proactive in reversing any credit card charges. We'll see...Update -- three days later and no credit, nor response from corporate. Save yourself the frustration and never order from this storeOh, and the app continues to accept orders for this store that is closed.
Today's pizza was nasty I don't know if they change cheese but it was toast not melted not enough sauce
