I wish I can give this zero zero rating. Old Latino person work at the window for drive thru order was very rude. He gives us very rude comments after we got our order. I just don't want to waste my time to argue with this employee.Customer service on this store is so awful. I rather drive to another town to order another KFC.
I had the chicken sandwich and I've had better one's. The KFC in hutchinson Kansas has a really good sandwich
I experience one of the best Kentucky fried chickens in the Bay area with the chicken cooked tender that fell off the bone and the coleslaw was cold and delicious believe me it was at its best
I can't help myself I occasionally want a bucket of chicken and some coleslaw for my family. They get the job done.
If you like fried chicken, KFC in Castro Valley is the location. If there are any better places, then post it. So far KFC is it.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They have no customer service extremely rude and something is always missing or wrong. I would not recommend this location. I live in Castro Valley but I will be driving to San leandro one from now on. The San leandro location always have great customer service and knows how to treat their customers.
Yum yum I love their pot pies. My granddaughter loves the popcorn chicken meals.

The tall Asian guy there is so rude! you pull up to the window which is where the menu is and he immediately says can i take your order, he expects you to know what you want before you get there. I ask him to give me a minute and he gets mad at you. Pull up to the window he is even more rude.Tall Asian guy with glasses. Beware of him. He wants you out fast even if there is nobody behind or in front of you. The need to have a menu before you go in the drive thru so you can look at it. There has been changes and you sometimes need to look.
