I'm really not a fast food type guy but late at night chicken teriyaki isn't bad service a little spotty at times
Stupid me! Should it be customer responsibility to verify everything they paid for should match what they had ordered? Stupid me that I didn't check to see half of ordered wasn't in the bag. 7:30 pm on March 27th shift, you SUCK!
They say they are open 24 hours. I get to the window of the drive thru and employee says they are closed this was at 4 am.I well try again some other day early in the morning and we shall see if they are open.
It's not 24 hours at all.I came at 4am they said it's closed, I came at 6am they said its closed, I came at 6:30am they said its closed.Please clarify the open hours, it's differently not 24 hours open.
The manager was busy disgusting a situation with the workers that they didn't even acknowledge me standing there. And closing the lobby makes it very inconvenient for dasher orange other type of food service workers
Sometimes at around 6:30am when I'm on the way to work I go here and they're not open. Definitely not the best quality food here, but are better than Burgerking.
Worst service ever. Ordered a sandwich and got a while different burger in the correct package.Employees told me I got the correct item & the ingredients are correct. Didn't think about it. Just denied it right away.They then realized I did get the wrong item. The didn't apologize. They said ok ok we will remake it for you.The new item was still incorrect. Why would a spicy sandwich that is listed on the menu with orange sauce come with white sauce. They said no its correct.They didn't care.They didn't try to correct the mistake. I know I ordered a new item but still come on. Know your menu if you work there. I even described what I ordered and what it had.

They are always closed from 1 am to 6 am. I don’t know what’s up but the same lady that works there always says they’re closed for literally 5 hours. I went there multiple times and multiple attempts they are closed between the hours of 1-6 am. Don’t use mobile ordering or you won’t get a refund at those times.
This restaurant has amazing staff. They had a closure due to technical difficulty about a week ago. I was told to go to customer service for a refund on my mobile. Fought with CS for a week with no response. Came back to the restaurant and they happily made my previous order with no issues. Each time I've dealt with them they've been extremely helpful.
