I really hate to give you all a 1 Star as that is one star more than you deserve today.The manager on duty was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and also caused potential food cross contamination. He came out with what looked to me as a tool to check the food temperature.He dip the tool into the fajita, the white rice, the brown rice back to back without wiping the tool off. I politely asked him to wipe the tool off before dipping it into each food dish. He told me that he was following policy and continued to dip the tool into the black beans, then the whole beans. I told him that what he was doing was dangerous and that it can potentially cause someone who may be allergic to one of those food harm.He didn't care at all and he even started talking about me to one of his subordinates.
Take out orders are sometimes late but they always come thru. The store is kind of messy when it gets busy. Could use more attention to keeping the drink area clean and stocked. Lighting In the parking lot is way to dark at night
I ordered a burrito and every time, without fail, it’s too watery and falls apart. It’s simply not a burrito then if the only recourse offered is that they can put it in a bowl. I’ll never go back. $14 for a terrible food item. And nothing is weighed. They skimp on items. Horrible. Oh and they never give me a receipt so I can rate my experience. They lost my business, forever.
Had a great late lunch, huge portion, not crowded1/27/22. Went back for lunch and the line wrapped around the restaurant, they seemed to be staffed well just couldn't keep up and the line was longer when I finally got food to go. Be patient the food is good just maybe call ahead or go off peak times
so tired with this branch, how many times they cook raw rice. Missing Guac or Sour cream. Damn doordash can't pick another location.I also ordered double meat but looks like half&half. missing salsa too, not even extra rice.
I pay about 16 dollars for this small burrito I am very disappointed what happen here chipotle don’t pay well u guys or what
I forgot my mask in the vehicle and the lady at the mobile order window made me go back and get mine. Okay, but there was no sign indicating I needed one. While I was waiting for my order which wasn’t ready, a guy approached the window and the mask was pulled down under his nose and she made him pull it up. Immediately after that an employee walks out from the window with his mask pulled under his nose!! Can you please post a sign stating a mask is required and adhere to your own rules?
They could be better at keeping sauces replenished and working on the orders in line instead of to-go orders. Multiple people had to tell them like we're here now. Those people ordered online and aren't expecting their food right now as we are.
Food is awesome but it gets a mad rush during lunch and dinner peak hours.
I love Chipotle. Every time I eat there I get a salad with only there mixed greens, brown rice, black beans, chicken, mild salsa and a little lettuce on top and pour some of their vinaigrette salad dressing all over. ? ? Yummy To My Tummy!
