I eat at BB often so I’m fine with the foods. Today they wanted to charge me an extra 3$ to hold the bacon on my burger. The restaurant saves on the cost of the bacon AND charges me 3$ for the privilege. Not doing it. They should tell you about the extra fee when you’re ordering by phone not when you go to pay.
Very good hamburger. I have the sirloin burger with bacon. My wife have a doubles. Grand nieces have kids burger. We also have French fries and sweet potatoes fries. All come out fresh, hot, crispy. The shake is good too. Very nice, good services.

It was fine, but $12 for a standard burger with no fries or drink is a little too pricey. To get a beer and a filling meal it would probably be $40-50 per person. You can get a comparable burger at someplace like Carl's Jr for much less and have it be the same quality/taste. Besides serving beer and wine there is nothing that makes this place any better.
All the burgers are great and the salad is also really yummy. The fried jalapeños are excellent and a good addition to any of the burgers. Prices are fair, especially right now, and it's all good, fresh stuff.
First time tonight, just got back, and I think Boulevard Burger has a lot going for them. Vanilla malt was great, the onion rings and fries delicious, and the presentation was okay, but, there is nothing juicy about the burger, and wasn't that hot when served to me. I've heard this from other people as well, I think they should talk with the management about serving burgers that are a little more hot juicy, and maybe adding mayonnaise to the burger unless people ask to withhold it, because the burger that I got was well constructed, but didn't have any juiciness whatsoever to it. It was tender, it just wasn't juicy. And when I get a hamburger I want it juicy.That said, all the food is high quality and good, and I think if they make this adjustment, they will remain popular. And the staff was really cool too, bunch of young people working to make money on a Saturday night rather than going out and drinking, which is something I can really respect. I hope they stay open, and I hope they get with a juicier burger format.
Food was delicious, service was fast. Their French fries ? were great and the onion rings too.The only part of the dining experience that had gotten messed up was that we had an earthquake right before we finished our food.It was a quick jolt and that was it, we sat there for a few before deciding to leave.
This is an excellent place to get a more gourmet burger. Some unique burgers you won't find elsewhere. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommend
We recently moved back to the area, and wanted to try a non-chain burger place. So we ordered 2 burgers (one on wheat), 2 fries, 1 large soda, a brownie and a root beer float.The large soda and the brownie were left out of the order entirely. Since they closed at 8pm, which was shortly after we left and before we got home, so we couldn't even go back for the $5.50 worth of missing items.The next complaint is perhaps more nitpicky, but I literally threw my food away because I was so frustrated at this point. In the burger options, the second choice under "How would you like your Bun?" is Wheat Bread. Considering that the option was listed under "How would you like your BUN?", I assumed I'd be receiving a BUN made from Whole Wheat bread. Nope. Two pieces of large floppy sandwich bread that looked like Oroweat bread from Safeway. Apparently getting a Whole Wheat Bun costs an extra $1.00tl;dr They left out multiple items from our pickup order, and their online ordering menu is vague to the point of receiving something very different from what I thought I ordered. I do not plan to order from Boulevard Burger again.
Overpriced not worth it especially the extra extreme charges of added basic ingredients. Also the frozen patties is a nono. For the price please give customers their monies worth.
