Me and my wife were turned away before we could even order. Was told it was a 30 min wait. It was a man with tattoo sleeves. Customer service here is terrible. One of the worst wingstops I have ever been too. Another incident was where I was charged wrong and then they couldn’t even give me a refund because no one knew how to use the machine. No manager there no structure no class.
Staff is friendly and fast, Food is hot & fresh everytime I go to this location.
I tried calling in my order and waited on hold 30 mins before I decided to walk in and just complete my order. Still on hold I walked in to a dead restaurant nobody doing nothing and showed the person my phone showing them how long I've been on hold. And she said that they are busy... busy where???? Hangery I am writing this review while I wait another 20 mins for my food.... UPDATE I got my food sooner than anticipated BUUUTT the fries and wings tasted cold like it was sitting.
Terrible place there gonna tell me they only have wings with bone in for online orders would of been nice to know but was put on hold when they answered for 10 min
Just walked in this establishment to place an order and the Young short hispanic guy asks YOU PICKING UP AN ORDER? I replied No then he proceeds to say WE'RE NOT TAKING ANYMORE ORDERS WE HAVE TOO MANY ALREADY. So i call in and the female is willing to take my order over the phone so i ask her So you're willing to take my order over the phone because i was just told when i walked in that it wasnt possible. She rudely says ONLY FOR WALK INS WE CAN'T CAUSE THERES A 50 MINUTE WAIT. So i asked WHY COULDN'T I JUST BE TOLD THAT WHEN I WAS IN THERE. She says IDK WHY HE SAID THAT then she changes her tone. Wont be going there again. ThenSTAFF NEEDS PROPER TRAINING OBVIOUSLY
Literally have zero idea who in their right mind thinks making food like this is okay. This is the third time the employees here show carelessness for food prep. It’s suppose to be Buffalo fries… they completely drenched them in Buffalo sauce when their suppose to be drizzled. Had to throw this whole thing in the trash. Unbearable to eat. Management needs to get their employees in check.Don’t waste your money here, drive farther out for quality food.
Food wastage. I was specific on my order, 5 boneless wings at a price of 10pieces(normal serving). I requested that they keep the rest or serve any homeless person who go there, because I was alone and just a visitor in the area and I have no one to take the rest to.But they served me 11pieces!6pieces went to trash.The 5 I ate were delicious!I had control over the drink, I served 1/3 of the small cup because that’s all I wanted.
I literally am so disgusted not only did i wait an hour for my food as a online order I ordered bone in wings not feather wings so disgusted honestly i called so they can correct the order not only did they want me to take the entire order back to make it again like i have nothing better to do then to wait another hour for wings im sorry got off work and this was dinner for the family they should've been made the right way to begin with the owner couldn't even give me options or even be on the phone with me hope you have better luck
This wing stop is a absolute hit or absolute miss lol simply put. Sometimes the wings are warm, sometimes lukewarm, and almost all the time cold. ALL the time the fries are absolutely cold and not fresh at all almost burnt most of the time. The only time I enjoyed the fried from here is when I got them covered in sauce LOL. I've actually had to come home and heat my order up in my air fryer thats how cold I have been served my wings before. I'm not the type of person looking for conflict or too complain I just simply won't return to this location. I havent had no problems with the staff, I always order ahead and they have been nice so that's what gets my 2 starts but hands down this location would get 1 star. I have no idea what happen to this location ! Even during lockdown they were holding it down with delicious food now its just cold chicken and fries ! I actually wasn't even able to keep my food down last time I ate here and wow what a waiste of 30$. This location don't care no more don't even bother
Customer service is no good. Had a pick up order that was ready for probably 30 min and I’m waiting there thinking they still have to prepare it. Nobody even tried to look at the orders and then have a bad attitude when I say something about it. Never again eating here
