My coworker decided to get lunch for all of us today. He got QTY2 75 piece family packs. He placed his order online and then called the restaurant to change some of the quantities for the wing flavors. He placed the order at 10:30am and was told the whole order would be ready at 11:15am. So quick! We got there, and everything but the last batch of fries was ready to go.We got a whole bunch of flavors.-Mango habanero-Cajun-Original hot-Hickory smoked bbq-Lemon pepper-Korean BBQ-Garlic Parmesan-Hawaii-NakedMy coworkers and I enjoyed all of the different flavors. My favorites were lemon pepper, garlic Parmesan and the Korean BBQ. Their favorites were the hickory smoked BBQ, Korean BBQ and naked.We also got cheese fries, normal fries and veggie sticks. I didn’t know they had cheese fries and actually loved the “nacho” cheese on the fries. Delicious!All-in-all, it was a very easy and a very quick experience. Tiffany was friendly, helpful and provided great customer service. She made it a pleasant and seamless experience. I’ve had some issues at other wingstops, but today was a great experience. The wings were very tasty but the wait time was kinda long, about 25 minutes to receive our order. The employees were very nice though, even gave us free brownies for the kids.

Slow, double charged me. Got home looked a bank notification and was charged $63 for 2 combos. Price on receipt $31. Not good
Way too much Oil!! I grabbed some wingstop on my 15 to eat on my lunch and I placed on table and the oil leaked through! Look how oily the inside is. Unacceptable never had this problem at any other wingstop.
They always mess up my order. The last time I ordered a delivery order I gave the wingstop store a call to help ensure my order wasn’t messed up again and they still messed it up (forgot items). The manager offered me a refund for my items I never received. I never got the refund.
They are rude and very unprofessional I won't even put one star make sure you check your oh order cus they will always get it wrong

To the owner ... Came here on a Wednesday September 1, 2021. I've place 2 orders of a 10 piece wing combo.. i told the cashier i wanted my wings "well done" (crispy) i waited 50 minutes or so to find the the wings under cooked the texture of wings look like they were boiled them not deep fried. Honestly i dont mine waiting along as you what you ask for. They need to be more responsible cause these can even get people sick.. it doesn't matter how many orders they have they need to take care of there costumers there the one giving them business. management needs to improve
