Seriously just rude people. Could have just given me my food at the counter and instead expected me to go through the drive through even though people just left out after getting there food. I did not get my food instead had to request a refund just doesn’t make any sense
probably the worst Wendy's in southbay. The people that work here are so rude and unprofessional I can't believe why they hired these people . Whoever runs this place should be fired immediately I hope corporate will read this review and fire whoever manages this place .
The cashier was friendly and my food was nice and hot. Especially, the Chili. That's my favorite food from Wendy's. The restaurant was clean and so was the bathroom. The only bad thing about all fast food restaurants is, that you only hear Spanish spoken amongst all of the workers. Even when people are ordering, the workers interrupt the cashier to ask questions, while the cashier is trying to concentrate on a customers order. All workers should not be allowed to speak their native language during work hours. Only on breaks and outside of work. Mc DONALD'S is terrible about this rule. Even the managers and upper level managers speak Spanish to Everyone!!! This is America, no other country.
Purchased a maple chicken and bacon sandwich with potatoes. The sandwich was ok, potatoes were really good. Service was great!
We came for dinner and to try the fries they have been advertising, hot and crispy, we were so disappointed. Not crisp at all and the hamburgers that used to taste so delicious were tasteless and the tomatoand lettuce were wilted and not fresh. We won't be back. A total waste of over 25 dollars.

They made my order wrong and they refused to remake it. Viviana and Alberto are rude and horrible..Beware: Most of the one star reviews say the same thing! This place needs new management
Didn't like this location.Food was pretty whack for a Wendy's (my 2nd fave fast food chain after Taco Bell).Its hard to describe, but I definitely did not like it and won't be back. It's not because the my sandwich didn't look like the picture (does it ever?) but because it tasted weird. Almost like it was lightly seasoned with cleaning products - not direct flavor, more like the "essence" of kitchen cleaning products, if that makes any sense.Also, they didn't give us ketchup or spoons for our frosty's and was told "it's in the bag" when I asked for them. Lame.NOTE: I've only been here once and it was at 9:30 pm-ish on a weeknight.
It was fast I went through the drive-thru the attendant was very courteous very cheery they got my order right everything was in there I didn't have to go you know call back or go back so yeah I really enjoyed that in the food was good
I love Wendy's. Great! NO Excellent food. Just the prices are now a little to high.
