Clean, fast especially for how busy they were both inside and drive thru. However, only gave 4 stars bc I paid 0.60 cents more to add extra caramel to my drink and they did not do so, let alone put enough for the drink itself without adding more to my caramel macchiato!!!! Times are tough and inflation is hurting all!! So, I usually wouldn't care but hey if I am paying for it than I damn well deserve to receive it!
LMAOOOO this is what they give you if you order a grande with no ice. This is the funniest thing to happen to me this week and I was SO shook I didn't even argue. To be fair tho, it was filled to that first line before I took 2 sips.ANYWAYS, if you don't like ice because you don't like watered down drinks, don't go to this Starbucks.
Came in later in the evening to an empty store and still waited over 20mins for my drinks. Drive continue coming and going, but I was pending my order. Rude service also
My experience there was typical Starbucks crowded even in the Drive Thru. I've been traveling from Las Vegas to Arizona to California and they're have all been the same. I just feel they need to come up with a system that allows our customers to get in and out in less than 5 minutes. The majority of people coming in and out of here on your way to work or on your lunch break nobody has time to wait 20 or 30 minutes just for a cup of coffee. In my case it's hot chocolate. I don't drink coffee. So I don't go in Starbucks very often for me that's not a comfortable place standing around all that time. any restaurant text take longer than 15-20 minutes to feed/serve a customer needs to hire more people. They just seemed money hungry it's not customer friendly to make people wait that long. Or everybody should order their coffee after they get out of the shower cuz most likely by the time they get dressed and get there it'll be sitting there waiting for them. LOL
I ordered online in the parking lot, less t j.g on 5mins I go inside order was already there. Love it
