This is my go to place starbucks since it's close to my home. People are nice and quick when they started their business. But lately I found rude ladies that works over there when I have to ask something they just leave and I always order my drink ahead of time on their app so I wont need to wait. I had an experience that I had to leave without my drink!! Yes, I LEFT WITHOUT MY DRINK! because when I came over there I understand that they are always pretty busy but what I saw that time, a lot of them were just talking behind the bar and some were making drinks slow!!. 20 mins past since I came in to pick it up and I was running late for my work no way I can make it on time if I was going to wait. So yeah SB got free money and a waste of coffee. Since then Im hesitating to go over there thinking probably it would happen again.. I found a new SB place that I can rely on.

Ordered the Iced brown sugar shaken espresso that comes with cinnamon topping,which was none sprinkled,noticed or shaken well.Light ice doesn't mean full cup of ice.Tasted like sugary dish water.3x orders has gone wrong from this location.
Just bought 3 Carmel Machiato from the drive through and ready to leave some company car drive in front of me and I spilled all the coffee in my car

I understand that this place gets very busy in the morning but when you go inside to order they take like 10 minutes just to see that someone standing at the cashiers to place your order.Very bad customer service.
