Ordered the Iced Shaken Espresso.Too much ice and couldn't tell if it wasn't filled all the way or someone took a sip of it??♂️??♂️.Was already in a rush so immediately threw that s*** away.
I truly enjoy their pink drink; it's delicious!
The day I went in with 2 friends, there was one machine working, 3 employees working and the lobby was not clean. Seemed like poor use of time. Funny thing is...they all looked busy doing "stuff" lol.??♀️Drinks were Great?
Seriously. This team on November 19 @ 9am have a problem. Asked for a caramel brulee frap and twice they can't make it right. There's another customer with the same complaint. Asked me for a replacement and I said caramel frap. Still bad. The fourth one was not satisfactory either. It's the team they have this morning. What bothered me is no one cared to apologize or make time to make things right. Hearing "we'll make you another one" four times is not fun. And being looked at as if something is wrong with you and watching them whisper behind the bar is just insulting. Product and service are both unacceptable.
I came here on Thanksgiving and my whole order was incorrect. I ordered a hot caramel macchiato and a black ice tea lemonade and a banana nut bread. First off the black ice tea didn’t have lemonade in it. My hot caramel macchiato was way to hot. And they didn’t have my banana nut bread. They gave me a refund for the bread. But the young gentleman had a very bad attitude and took him forever just to help me. I understand it’s busy on the holidays. But if your not customer service friendly, you shouldn’t work at any kind of fast food service.

After several times ordering the "Honey" Citrus tea, I had to finally call after leaving the drive thru and tasting my very bland tea to ask why I couldn't taste the "Honey"or lemonade?, for the Starbucks clerk to say 'we're out!, But we have packets of honey you can come back to get.' Seriously, they couldn't say that before I ordered or left?! I only went to this location because others nearby weren't open yet. Will drive further next time, as their service always suck! Also I have never seen anyone there clean their hands!, ,After doing other things before touching the tops of cups and stems!! !

I usually go to this Starbucks because of easy freeway access, now I'll rather drive 2 or 3 extra miles than to go to this Starbucks. Multiple time my orders are wrong, and today I ordered a hot drink and they gave me a faulty cup causing the hot drink to spill all over my hand. I took pictures of the cup and hand if a rep wants to talk on how they can improve on there customer service also to time stamp that I really was there additionally I payed with my debit card. Ill enjoy my sore hand for the rest of the day.
First off, long long long wait in drive thru. I’m patient, so I can live with that. However, the barista was so rude and yelled at me. I asked for “ a straw “ which means one straw. She said “ just one straw ?” I repeated “ can I get a straw ?” And then she rudely yells “ JUST ONE STRAW!!!!!??”Obviously just a straw means one but I did not appreciate her yelling at me , after they took over 15 minutes for one drink ( caramel macchiato) in drive thru.I appreciate all the polite workers at Starbucks ! I would say 90% of them are great .
