I really enjoy going to Smashburger. I enjoy the variety of options and the delicious food. The burgers are always cooked to perfection and the fries are crispy. I also like that the restaurant is super clean and organized. I also like that the staff is always very friendly and welcoming. It is a great place for lunch or a late night dinner.
One of the best burgers I have ever had in my life, no lie. This place is amazing, service is top notch but the food is just legendary. Love it.
I have finally found the burger of my dreams. I've been turned off to burgers for awhile now. I've been tired of the messy special sauce making my bun soggy or the mound of rabbit food they pile on, but Smash burger must've got their name from smashing the competition. These Angus burgers are seasoned properly with freshest taste I have ever tasted. I'm going to stop here before I ramble on about the SmashTots.10/10 - Highly recommend.
My biggest issue by far is the price. I go on a Wednesday and it is price a. We go back literally one week later, order the identical order and it is twice as much. Get a different cashier and it is yet a third price!

We love going there at least every other week. I always get the grilled chicken sandwich and I love it! The chicken is always perfectly seasoned, tender and juicy, it's the perfect size, never too small or too big. The smash tots are the best, the rosemary is always there, never overwhelming. My other half always tries out the different burger options and is never disappointed! The staff is always friendly and helpful!
Smash Burger at the Carson Mall is incompetent from the Manger down. First visit and last. Burger looked pitiful. UPDATE 1/5/2022 Reply to SMASHBURGER I have reached out to you via your website 2X. No Response to date. I want my MONEY BACK.
Tables were dirty and didn't see any of the employees wiping them down before or after customers. Bathroom had no toilet paper and was filthy. The nozzle on the soda dispenser sprayed everywhere. The two girls working there were nice though and the food was yummy, otherwise, I would've given a lower rating.
