I normally never write reviews for absolutely anyone, but my boyfriend and I were thoroughly impressed with the amazing customer service we were given by Chris. Chris was very nice from beginning to end and came to check up on us every chance he got regardless of how heavy it was. I can’t stress enough how much of a good time we had and the lasting impact he had on us especially considering how hard we are to impress. Bless your heart Chris! We appreciate you!!
Our server Melcer was spectacular. So attentive and friendly. If I could have him every time I come here, I would. Made my experience so enjoyable. Best server I’ve had at an Olive Garden. Food was good like always. There was a wait like always, but it's 2022, if you come to Olive Garden expecting no wait? You're kidding yourself, so get here a little extra early.
I went today with my two kids, my mother and my sister for lunch. We were very excited to finally have a chance to dine in after covid. Well, my experience was not what I expected. The restaurant was pretty empty as we got there around 12, we waited more than 10 minutes to get a server and the only reason why a server came to our table was because I asked if someone was going to take our order. The server was apparently upset, you could tell, but it is not my fault that no one told her she was covering our table. Not once did anyone come to our table to ask if we needed anything. Very disappointed
My first time visit to Olive Garden for my birthday. Food was delicious, nice waitress who guided us since we weren't familiar with the menu. Pricey, but it's expected. Would definitely return.
Went to Olive Garden yesterday after Sunday Service and our waitress/server Jocelyn was amazing!!! She was very patient and kind. Her attitude and service was great, she knew we were waiting for one more person to arrive and was very patient and not at all in a hurry for us to place our order. She did bring our drinks while we waited just a few minutes. Jocelyn came after our table was full and kindly greeted us again and took our order. She did let us know the pizza wasn't available in the kids menu which made it easier for our kids to decide on something else other than the usual. Our food was delicious and we all enjoyed our time there. She came to check on us once in a while which we really appreciated. Jocelyn, you're awesome! Thank you
The best of the best service ever!! Jennifer was our waitress and the only thing that I'm going to say it's that it's the best service I've ever had!! She was very friendly,kind and helpful! She made me and my family feel very comfortable just like home!! My kids had a great time with her too!! I didn't have to wait or asked her anything because she was on what we needed right away!! Just the best experience I've ever had!!

I planned a birthday dinner of 25 people for my teenager's with only a week's notice. I realized that the restaurant doesn't reserve tables on the weekends. But, I spoke with Miguel (which is one of the managers) I keep him updated & followed instructions on arriving 1 hour early to decorate & setup. Everything turned out perfect. I had 2 servers that were absolutely great. They were attentive & very professional. I want to say Thank You again because the staff madeeverything easy. The only thing I would recommend is reserving tables and taking deposits. The Olive Garden is a great place to host an event. The food & drinks were great quality.
We come regularly for the soup and salad and friendly staff. I've been so happy that every time we dine in, our waiter is over the top amazing, kind, friendly and engaging. I've tried new drinks because of their recommendations and they know what meals I should get depending on how hungry I am.I know it's a chain restaurant but goshdarn it when I'm here I feel like family.
