Great service and food was really good and hot on arrival.
Very friendly staff good people the hostess was a kick lots of jokes and she'd only been working there two weeks she was great and very pretty too. As usual the food was phenomenal the cook was great he came out and talked to us at our table and offered us other stuff and we took him up on it and had a great time in the hostess had some more jokes for us best norms I've ever been to...
Phoned in an order and was told it would be 25 minutes for pick up. I have been waiting at the restaurant for a half hour now for a pick up order. What's even more messed up is they added on a bunch of food I did not order and had me pay as soon as I asked for my order. So now just 2 simple breakfast plates for pick up cost me over $40 to be provided 40 minutes later than the eta for the food. Norms you need to get someone over here to do some serious training. This location is making you look BAD!
Taking into consideration that it was Easter Sunday, but at almost 10pm, i had to wave both arms into the air to get a hosts attention.As if i was trying to signal an airplane! The place was nowhere near full or busy, people were just not caring at that hour.My party of two got seated and was rushed to order immediately. Food did arrive quick but no other service offered, unless i had to ask for it.. and once again i needed to send up a Flare ?The server returned with the bill finally. She then requested... Are you going to tip on your card, because people said they were going to, but after i charged them... They didnt leave any tip.My mouth dropped open.... I couldnt believe she "went there" when she EPIC Failed as a server last night. I did leave her and another server from a different table, who helped us get our bill and take my card.
I came here to get some breakfast before I took an important exam later that day. I saw they offered a steak and eggs breakfast. The quality of the food was decent for the price and the service was great. I would eat here again.I added the cashews myself. They were not on the menu.
Today I have bought one Alfredo and one fish and chip with the promotion ( buy one get one fish and chip) but they gave me only one box of fish and chip. ? Always check your order before you leave.
Norm's was my Dad's favorite, and dining here as a kid was a big deal. You can still get a decent, and fairly predictable meal from Norms. This location was huge and seating was comfortable in this covid environment. Service was fast and the meal was pretty good, except the lentil soup. I recently returned from Egypy where lentil soup is a staple and prepared deliciously. This wasn't that! Wish I had ordered a different soup. The steak was nicely done and no complaints on anything else.
I've been to a lot of Norms, never had any issues with food or service...unlike this Norms...Service is a joke...there more concerned about their to go orders...and the food, had to send back my steak...if you can cut a Medium cooked Porterhouse...then there is something wrong?? Hope I dont get sick...and they still charged me full price to remake my plate that they should of gotten correct the first time! Never going back to this place! ?I still think Google should add a ZERO ⭐
One of my favorite dining restaurants as its 24/7. I went there for their $2.22 promotion and the place was packed. I don't think the staff was necessarily prepared for that kind of event. But I don't think I'm going to go next time there is one of those type of promotions again as it took almost an hour after the order to get the food to go.
I use to work for norms, really good company, good flavor, i make the time, 14 years, so i know the rules. soup was cold, bad experience, my porthouse was cook perfect, the rest was ok. maybe next time could/should be better
