Overall this location is competent, however, it would be great if the person to person stations (cashier/food window) would be consistent in acknowledging the present customer and at least smile or nod when thanked..anything less is off brand.The turn into the drive thru could have been better thought out but I visit it when in the area so it can't be that bad. :)
Had us waiting over 15 minutes for a mocha frappe went inside and instantly knew they forgot about us. Went inside and stood there for more than 10 min without anyone acknowledging me. Had to get their attention for service. Do better...
Went for breakfast got deluxe breakfast 1st of all slow service the hashbrown were ice cold on inside the sausage were barely cooked eggs were fine muffins falling apart pancakes ok got coffee was half full the only good part was the cashier
Crazy bad. Can't figure out change. Then at the second window they handed me someone's food and then didn't have my order which was just a drink. And that was flat. Really bad service and they want to make 20 an hour.....
The girl taking my order at the drive thru was not paying attention. I had to repeat myself more than twice. I had ordered a medium combo she charged me a large. Then when I get my food it was only the buns, meat, and cheese. I NEVER asked for a plain burger. She got my drinks wrong as well. Bad service overall.
Loved the attention to detail with my NO PICKLES. 1ST McDs in year to get right.
This particular McDonald's is hand's down the worst of the bunch. They always manage to mess up my orders. They never listen on the drive thru, they always blame their equipment for the failures. Even if I speaks to them face to face.... it's the same.... it's so frustrating. If I could give them zero or less stars i would. I always end up eating mad and with a Knott in my gut.
First poor experience at this location. I placed mobile order while sitting in the parking lot. I walked into the location. I waited probably 15-20 minutes and still didn't get my number called. I finally asked employee about my order. Found it it was sitting on the counter the entire time. I asked for a fresh order after it was sitting there for at least 15 minutes. Manager agreed and made it right.
Quarter pounder and fries were good.It was all free used my reward points on there app.
For being as crowded as it was I was in and out of the drive thru within 5 minutes with 7 cars ahead of me ! Now that's what you call fast food ! The workers here work very hard and they get you in and out. I have never had a problem with this location besides the way the drive thru is layed out... you basically have to block your side of the road to get in line for this McDonald's that's why I give it 4 stars... this is located right in the middle of a huge shopping center with huge stores with many people going in and out... they could have layed the parking out better to not create the huge traffic jam that it does create.... I have never bothered going when the line is backed up because people get so aggressive for their McDonald's LOL.... besides the whole mess of a drive thru everything I have ordered here was on point ! Fresh hott crispy fries, delicious cheeseburgers and a mcchicken! My drink wasn't flat and full of ice also ! Make shure you ask for condiments because they will only give you napkins here if you don't ask...
