I came here last night in the evening and the place was fairly busy. Everybody (with the exception of the only black there that night)that was working that night was incompetent. All the way up to the manager who was speaking into a muted phone down to the white girl and Hispanic girl (I think she was hispanic)were slow, rude ,and lazy. The only one that was working hard last night was the young black girl there. If you read this you were doing a great job...keep it up.. quite frankly I think if it wasn't for that black girl that place would of been a circus. I am partially handycap can't walk a lot I called to place my order and asked if the gentleman taking my order could meet me outside with the food. I arrived called to let him know I arrived I was greeted outside by a friendly manager who told me the total, I think it was 16$ I gave him 25 and said keep the change because u looked out for me. So I thank you for your help with my order.. I know it's not necessarily a everyday thing but I sincerely appreciate your hospitality and customer service...
The service is slow and the workers are completely rude and not at all friendly. As aSales & Marketing Director the service is to be desired and a disaster.
