Went there for the first time on Albertoni in Carson. I order the BBQ Chicken, the rice was sticky, meat dry etc., oh and the teriyaki sauce was watery?. Will never ever go there again??.

They served me masubi that had razor thin slices. Kailua pork was missing the pork. Or maybe they were running out and didn't feel like telling me otherwise...I wouldn't recommend
I usually love L and L. Today I ordered Katsu to go and a side of pot stickers. Chicken Katsu was dry and tough to chew - disgusting. I would have eaten it if maybe they didn't forget the Katsu Sauce with my order. How do you forget to provide Katsu Sauce with an order of Chicken Katsu? Unacceptable! Oh yeah, pot stickers were burned black on one side as if someone threw them in a pan and forgot them. I guess the rice of all things was decent. Nonetheless, I fed it to the dogs, they didn't even finish it. Tremendous disappointment.
I've eaten here three times the fajitas was good the asada quesadilla was good I had the chicken verde burrito and it was lacking just a little flavor but it was still decent. I've had a strawberry margarita that was made pretty well but my mojito was a little bitter
YESSSS! What a wonderful meal at L&L Hawaiian Barbecue! The chicken is now my new favorite of chicken tenders! Not only was the food excellent and servings generous, but the service recieved from everyone was exceptional, from Joseph at the front counter to the most gracious owner, Taj! Thank you for one of the best meals I have had in a long time. And I have to note that I am in love ♡♡♡ with their mac salad. Wee ha! (And I don't typically LIKE mac salad.) So yeah, I MUST go back soon! Do you guys sell that by the pint?! Lol! Thank you Taj, you are five stars plus in my eyes! ☆☆☆☆☆ See you soon so I can put this new craving to rest!
Freshness of food is important when you are trying to build your clientele. 733 pm on June 12 2021 We purchased BBQ mix and another plate that only has chicken katsu. I agree that it was cooked to order the question is, how fresh is the meat being cooked. The chicken for the katsu was not fresh, it tasted like meat that was left in the refrigerator for quite a few days. And yes, there is some not so fresh odor that comes with your order. If you have meat that is old throw it and do not use. You will never know if you've happen to chance on a customer like me who could taste meat so delicately.

Don’t eat here!!! Meat was undercooked and the fake “manager” had a terrible attitude when I came to her respectfully about getting a refund. She argued back and forth with me and tried to only refund me for the short ribs. She was in the wrong when she called the real manager and ended up giving me my money back. She didn’t apologize or anything and she slammed the money on the counter when I had my hand out. Highly don’t recommend and the food isn’t that great on top of that.
