Managers or Supervisors don’t greet, lady staff member just hands your order like a bucket of chicken to you without saying have a good Day, not to mention just drop two gravies on top of the lid which leaves the lid open, feeling like she handed food to a homeless person that I have to be the one with the gratitude. Most of the time only one cashier taking your order while the rest are just standing in the front chit chatting. What happened to customer service? Came back on June 21st and had a bad experience, I spoke to Javier and told him my displeasure, will not come back again until Michelle and Javier are there. Michelle made me feel stupid by placing the sign in front of me that says… “spoons and forks are by request” does everyone see signs right away? Why not just give me fork and say have a nice Day? Does she have to make it complicated? when I said…” where is the fork?” Javier did not even greet and aknowledged my presence till I asked for him to tell him my displeasure. I was made to feel like it’s me who should have the pleasure to do business with that staff instead of the other way around.The first time I called to complain about the lady… instead of listening and letting me finish what I called about? Javier interrupted me by saying…”Are you a Filipino?” My responce was… that does not matter, that alone was unprofessional and gives the caller a sense of discrimination.
Nothing inside their halo halo except crushed ice, small amount of ice cream and sugar. Very small amount of milk, that you can't even mix the halo halo because it's so dry. A few pieces of very small beans & big beans. Very disappointing. As if you just bought crushed ice and sugar.
This place is bomb fresh warm food they're spaghetti with sausage it's delicious chiken sandwich juicy Crispin chicken with steam ri e it's yummy ? and the prices are fair definitely go back
Chicken joy needs to be on your lists of delicious chicken. And If you've never had Filipino spaghetti I suggest you get in your vehicle and visit already. Delicious food. Quality service. Ordering online is always a better option.

If you have an early morning craving for fried chicken and gravy then this is the place for you!! They open at 7am and have delicious hot spicy fried chicken. It's the bomb, yo! Don't miss out!!
I was at this store & the manager is Joy! The line was so long, & there was only one cashier taking orders. I approached her asked her to open another cashier to service the people in line. She said they’re working on big orders, but I told her they should give priority to the people inside the store. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!
The food was seasoned and delicious. I would definitely go back.
I purchased a mocha roll cake. I was disappointed because these roll cakes are tough to find and this one was stale and dry and not pleasing to eat. It was definitely old.
First time at a Jollibee. Chicken was a bit too greasy for my taste, but otherwise good was good.Service here needs improvement though. Cashier got my order completely wrong. I had a massive headache and didn't check the receipt so didn't notice until we got our food. Line was literally out the door and I should have checked the receipt immediately so just took the food we were given. I don't know how she got the order so wrong though. I asked for "tenders with pineapple bbq sauce" and got chicken joy instead (no sauce). And i asked for chicken joy with mashed potatoes and adobo rice, got adobo rice and gravy instead. I never order mashed potatoes"and gravy", i always say just "mashed potatoes", so not sure where she got that either. She kept forgetting to give people their drinks (us and 2 others i saw). Yes, she's busy, but it seemed to be her job to give drinks/cups once the customer paid, so not sure how she kept forgetting that, too.
