Really great place and much cheaper than chuck e. chess’s or Dave and busters. The games all worked and were maintained. loved the mini golf and roller coaster. And the buffet wasn’t too bad, pasta and pizza were enjoyed and great eating space with multiple options on where to eat with different scenery. Overall amazing place and definitely choosing this over other arcades.
Staff was pleasant and kind. Food: not enough for the amount of people and kids present. The utensil's where still dirty; bring a set. The Bathroom: no soap In dispenser n no seat covers?♀️. Gave it a *** only because of pleasant staff.
The food is very good ..the games are a bit on the sack side some of the games don't work or are off they need maintenance
I was so happy we finally got a John's in our neighborhood in the pass you had to drive all the way to orange county. I love this place it was clean the staff was so kind & respectful. It's fun for children as well as adults. It was very affordable party packages & my family is hooked. If you want a change of pace and don't want to deal with the clean up and jumper take it from me have your next kids party here I guarantee they will love it.
Great place for family fun, but many of the games didn’t work (took credits and nothing started on the game). Also, many buffet items weren’t re-stocked.
The food was horrible!!! It was our first time there it’s supposed to be buffet style family friendly. The buffet was the bare minimum. The little they had did not look appealing but we were starving and tried it and the food tasted just how it looked horrible! The only decent thing was the pepperoni pizza and soft drinks. You don’t not get your moneys worth for food! But the game room was great kids and family enjoyed it! If I can go in and not have to pay for food only games it will be worth it. Don’t waste your money or time on the buffet!

What can I say about this experience at the Carson location Nothing but they got lucky by me giving them a 1 star just to process this.If they could give negative stars In a heart beat I would give them all they would have. I reserved a 2 rooms for my son's bday. We get there they have us waiting there for a good minute. Once we are good to go in we head over to the room and I was missing somethings that I had ordered to be there.Did not pay to much attention to it.Next we went to get our food and all Insee is a dirty buffet place , we got there and there were no clean utensils first of all and to top it off there was no food at all on the buffet. The workers in the food court were very rude had to complain to upper management.You pay to go eat and have a great experience not to get there and scavenge for food and to be lucky if you get anything. First time and last time to go here.
