Omg stumbled upon this restaurant on Instagram...been watching them for a bit ...was hoping they were spared from pandemic, they were! Passed through Carson yesterday, got my birthday grub on !! The world needs more Rocking Cajun restaurants ...fire, place is straight up fire !!! Thank for the amazing service Jordan F ! And thank you to the food/kitchen crew! I went there in hopes of eating cajun food. Their idea of cajun is a ton of salt on everything. Salt does not make a meal cajun. Extremely disappointed. I won't be back.
After a month of wanting to try this. I finally took the hour drive to Carson to try this spot cause the pics on Instagram reeled me in. Well only thing that was good was the cheesecake. I ordered the 3 item fried plate( shrimp, oysters and catfish) Fried oysters were burnt and not edible. The shrimp batter was soft and falling off. Never again as it wasn’t worth the $160 spent there today at all. I was really hoping I had found a spot worth driving to for good eat. This definitely is not it for me.
