customer service is great delivery for it was at 3 something in the morning it was online delivery only and it was very helpful that the employee was concerned about what the customer had ordered if it was a wrap a lettuce wrap Burger because the customer had asked for no buns on his burger and I thought it was very great customer service that the employee was concerned about what a customer wanted so that's the reason why I read it five stars
Nobody has good customer service anymore including this jack in the box. Order through the drive thru. After greeted & ordering the food, employee didn't say anything. I said helloo & nothing so I just drove to the window. I had ordered a large oreo shake. See a small one. & asked if that's a large she says no & I tell her I ordered a large & she says there no more this is all we have. Like if that was the case why didn't u tell me that while I was ordering it. She was just to lazy to fix he rmistake. She was a heavier set woman. Hire better employees jack in the box.
Lady that took my order, large framed body with black hair wouldn't take back the tacos after I told her they were undercooked. I ordered so many and I asked her to over cook them so they could be crunchy. Got home and my brothers and I bit into a few of them and just could not even take a second bite.. they were so bad, so cold, and so gross. She told me she wanted me to come all the way back to return them ? who's going to do that? Not me pp
idk who was working drive through 2/12/22 at like 10:30 but shout out to the guy who ASKED if i wanted sauces instead of me having to ask and also giving me EXTRA without having to ask for that too. usually they be greedy with the sauces and only give 1 but he gave me three for just a sandwich and curly fries . give my mans a raise.
Ordered via app. I would've driven in and right out of it wasn't for the cars in front of me couldn't decide what they wanted. Guy at the window was super friendly and had great social skills. Location is right at the offramp so I could get off and right back on.
I really like this place. The bathroom water gets extremely hot and that's a good thing, but be careful I guess. Then it's Jack n Box with WiFi and power outlets...you can can find this gem behind Double Tree in the city of Carson.
Worst customer service ever. Spent about 30 min. inside the store waiting on my order of two sandwiches. This place has gone rock bottom from the day it was remodeled. If ownership does not care, why would the store manager care? That’s if they had a store manager in there. I AM NOT GOING BACK!

I don’t recommend a single thing of going here. I am highly disappointed that no ONE in our family didn’t get any service or help from the drive thru. My father and I came here yesterday and we saw TWO workers inside the fast food on there phone and NOT doing anything. No help was served to us No order was taken either we got a workers telling us that they are closed, but scheduled says open twenty four hours the same thing keeps happening to us ONLY we come on drive thru please fix this.. very unacceptable to see this thank you.
Their staff is nice the food is hot and they are quick and they're not cheap on their portion love this location managers must be great
