Went online to they website clicked order I ordered my food my card got charged told me food was gonna be ready in 20 min I get there for them to tell me they didn't get my order that I ordered food from wrong site I said how when it's a link from you guys website so they give me a number to call and ask why and what happened to my order I also showed them that it charged my card with they address which is in Carson cause they have more than 1 location and still just told me to call some number just to ask what happened to my food
Their burgers are amazing and the fries have a unique taste to them. Will definitely be ordering again and visiting in person. One of the best burgers I've had in a long time.
Best burger since the original fat burgers on Western Ave (back in the day), but better. Fresh. Juicy. Delicious! And great service.
Wow this place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen , I waited 10 minutes in line and no one came by to take our order and there was a person in front of me that had been there before me waiting, The only employee that was there was cooking and he didn’t even acknowledge any of us. The food smells good but how good is it if you cannot sell it. I decided to leave.
The name says it all. These burgers were absolutely delicious and super fresh. The staff and owners are so nice as well. I felt like family and it was my first visit. Definitely should give them a try.
Fresh, hand made burgers. Well worth the wait of about 15 minutes. I used a Groupon for this 1st purchase. We'll definitely return.
I wish I could give them 10 stars! I loved the burger, fries and fried catfish! Customer service was good.The burger was so flavorful and juicy. The bun was perfect. This is how I like my burgers—seasoned and fresh, toasted bun.The fresh-cut, thick-ish, seasoned fries were excellent. Not oily, soggy or dry. My fries were crispy. I rarely enjoy or finish my fries.The fried catfish is the business! I’m glad they have it on the menu. It was a definite winner. Not dry or too moist. Fried to perfection and well-seasoned. It reminded me of my grandma. I only eat my granny’s fried catfish. I really wanted to order some to go but I was stuffed.We went for the Ugly Sweater Holiday Open Mic Night. I would definitely return for the Ladies Night Stand-Up Comedy. They had an awesome 360 degrees camera taking 30-second videos with a Merry Christmas Jingle. It was a fun night.The patrons were engaging and welcoming to strangers. Free unlimited parking on the street after 8pm.

Employees are rude and the burgers aren't worth the prices they charge. Hamburger was plain nothing special about it. The fries were good but they need new management. Employees seem like they don't like their job
Fresh and meaty has the burgers like your mom use to make. When you bite them juice just flows out. Great food ,prices,and atmosphere.
