SO GOOD! Visiting from Ohio. Only in California for a week. Eating @ Fiesta Barbecue again is a must. The bibingkinitan is also just heavenly.

Always order Meat Platter and Java Rice.. Never disappoints..

So damn good. Went yesterday and got the chicken plate. So good I went back for the liempo plate today (pork belly). So good I breathed the food in. Will be picking up family platter later. Never really tried Filipino food before this but basically the meat is extremely smoky in a good way and simply prepared. But the quality of the ingredient, smoke, and cook quality is excellent. Will be one of my fav restaurants in Carson for awhile.

Food is delicious and customer service is awesome

Great food, very similar to a Chinese type food! We choose this location via google maps. Very close to the IKEA in Carson, CA. First...Bibingka loosely translate bakery or pastry? Since we were in the area, we wanted to try Filipino dishes. This was the closest to us, and barbeque sounded great! We arrived early afternoon, and to our luck...it was not crowded. The restaurant had an array of chicken, pork and seafood dishes. We choose the mixed combo dish, with a choice of different seafood and meat. Served on banana leaves, fried rice and egg flower soup. In this case, we ordered Seared salmon, pork liempo with the bibingko pastry. The salmon was moist and seared, nothing fried! Tasty and Hot!The food is very good and not all too outlandish taste wise. I feel picky eaters would like coming here and really like the food. Restaurant located in very nice strip mall, with plenty of parking. It did not start to get busy until after 4pm. The mixed plate was $12.50, chicken bowl at 7.75 with generous portions of chicken! The cashier was very patient with us, and helped us me with the pronunciation of the pork Liempo.

Good quality food and pleasant customer service.

One of my favorite lunch spots in the area. Love the meat/veggie bowls. The bibingka is tasty as well!

This is the place to go to for grilled combo plates or bowl combos. Nothing fried, no MSG. A sampling of their offerings - chicken, pork, tuna, salmon, pork sisig all with java rice and I think egg drop soup. Bowls include the same grilled meats with choice of veggies. Waiting time of about 15 minutes because they prepare the food after ordering. Bowls are around $8, plates from $10.50 - 12.00. Platters also for group/family, around $30. Don't forget the bibingka.

Only place we eat whenever we go to Carson from San Diego. Good eats especially the ribs and my fave is broil salmon with their special rice. Their Bibingka is to die for that we always buy extra to bring back with us to SD. I have to try the pusit next time.

Excellent food excellent service people are very very Friendly
