Placed an online order for pick up at 6:57pm and it was set to pick up @ 7:20. I got there 10 mins later just in case and was told to wait 5 mins. They hadn’t even started on my order. Had to wait an extra 20 mins. Very disappointing!
Horrible employees Everytime we go there's always something attitude, gets the order wrong, after repeatedly telling her what flavor we want she asks again because she was socializing with other employee while taking our order. Who trains these ppl! Last but not least other employee was not using mask properly placed on ears but pulled down exposing nose and mouth while mixing ice cream!
This place needs some TLC! The other restaurants next door to this store look so much cleaner and well-kept than this Coldstone location. I don't come here often, but often enough to know something is off here. There were dirty napkins on the floor, the windows and doors looked super grimy and foggy as well as the plexiglass surrounding the counter and area where the employees are, and the floors were dirty as well :/

Customer service is going down the drain. The Manager doesn't seem to care and is rude to the customers. They don't know what goes inside the ice cream then get mad when you correct them

i’ve been coming here since i was a kid and then this was also my first job in high school. it used to be run by a different owner, my crew and i all got along and would give customers the most for their buck.tonight my family was craving it so i go to get our usual two ice creams to share and there is a new manager. for as long as i have come here (and worked) we have never denied someone 2 flavors in a small cup and the new manager said it was new policy. so she suggested i get a larger cup and i tried to explain to her that i used to work here and she said “well you don’t anymore”. then on my larger ice cream i have always ordered fudge, caramel, and nuts and when ringing me up she charges all 3 “toppings”. never had i been charged for syrups!! i’m sure the teen workers there are just fine but if you are getting helped by the manager don’t waste your time :-(
Would not recommend coming to this location. First time there card machine was down and forcing to everyone to pay in cash which I luckily had at the time. Second time around I got ice cream that gave me food poisoning! Do not recommend coming here!
Jordan, one of the crew leaders is the best! He gets your order right and fast. His attention to detail is extraordinary. He has a great attitude and works hard. The ice cream is good and the variety is great.
